Gazzibaldi suppose he’s entitled to a life outside his job like anyone else, perhaps just had a few jars with his mate Jose!

If that game was anything to go by he will have learned 3-5-2 would not be a good idea to implement at Forest.

Imagine getting slated for sitting next to and being able to pick the brains of a manager that has won top flight titles in 3different countries and multiple other trophies.lol.
Imagine warbo walking over to the seat at the side of Jose, jose would think he was selling matchday programs.

He shouldn't need to pick his brains,he's a proven manager in his own right with nearly 200 games under his belt,so should know by now what he's doing?🤔🤔

Ff it’s called learning.everyone in every talk of life should always be looking to learn everyday that’s how you get better at your job by learning.if someone was better at a it job than you would you not talk to him to see how you could improve?if not then that says a lot about how you you see yourself ie better than everyone else.picking his brains doesn’t mean he doesn’t know what he’s doing it’s just about learning.maybe your man could of done that and maybe if he did he wouldn’t still be on the dole.

But his cv would suggest he is it's just you will never like how he sets the team up and can't wait to hammer him when the team fail.Sooner you admit it the better you will feel 😁
