Cjay read on here that you didn't think Glasgow rangers were a bigger club than forest, I love forest like anyone else on here but you're assertion is amongst the most ridiculous things I have seen on here, when last figures were announced their turnover was 33% higher than ours they had over 43000 season ticket holders they have won every domestic competition open to them multiple times over, Glasgow rangers is a world brand almost more than a football club, yes we have won 2 Euro cups, so does that make us bigger than arsenal, Man City, Paris st germain, etc if that club was in English football it would have the size and backing to challenge the biggest clubs in the game,

Stevie-Rangers are a “big club” in Scotland as there are only 2 big clubs, them and Celtic. They are bound to have a big following, it’s like Man City, Man U, Liverpool etc; in England. But that doesn’t mean that they’d challenge our big clubs in our Premier League. Yes, they’ve got the following but they haven’t got the quality, the standard in Scotland is not as good as in England. They would struggle massively in the Prem and they wouldn’t “walk” the championship either. They definitely wouldn’t challenge the biggest clubs in the Prem, there’s no comparison.

Hey Stevie, you might think my comment was amongst the most ridiculous, but youve trumped it with the "Rangers is a world brand, almost more than a football club". Seriously??

Big club syndromes are purely subjective, i'd argue that Rangers are one of two big fish in a tinpot league. League one standard at best down here where it matters. To that end, winning a million worthless domestic titles hardly puts them up there does it? So stick them & I'll take our 2 starts cheers.

That's the state of Scottish football now tap,that wasn't the case when they had European glory in those days they could beat the best along with Celtic,big club no matter how you look at it.

Glasgow rangers is a world brand known across all continents, a lot of it might be to do with sectarianism but still a world brand big in north America especially you really need to read up before you trade opinions mate, sadly it’s the relious divide that makes them “ more than a football club” that was my point

Tap 1710 my point was mate ‘if’ they were in the prem the backing money wise they would be open to, they would be a very enticing proposition for a major billionaire investor, as they are now they would struggle in league 1

Rangers and Celtic are only regarded as a world brand because their are more Scots around the world than living in Scotland so they just make more noise!
