A win on Saturday and we wonder what all the fuss was about, all the criticism towards AK was just banter, leg pulling etc., wasn't it . We are starting to get a clearer picture of what the club is looking for, confidence in commitment with each other, knowing the movement in natural play as well as design. Now AK has got a clearer picture he now knows who are his main stay players, think next loan period a few will be gone, even if we thought they were her for the long run.

51 sorry mate but some of the criticism was to be said doesn't matter how good a manager at any team in the world you will get criticised if a or any fan doesn't think your doing your job that's the same in any walk of life and yes a lot of banter he's got is team now so no more swapping and changing unless injuries great display of football last night especially second half and plenty of work rate we just need to get a run of some wins going and we will be on our way

The thing is Skegs there is negative criticism and positive criticism and with professional footballers and managers all paying lip-service to their rich agents, it's not easy to get through to many of them, but by introducing lots of new experienced faces (the old guys as people kept calling them at one point) pitch and club discipline has improved quickly. Grabban for example needed positive re-inforcement from AK rather than destructive criticism and that's what he got. If players are giving their all then you cannot ask for more, but you can praise them for what they do well, and that has a positive not negative effect. If players are no good then they should not be on the pitch.
