Being a half glass full kind of person, I view our squad size positively. It's not 'too big' but it does have options for every position. Will it be a problem keeping them all happy? That's AK's job to worry about. Will it stretch the club's finances and give us FFP issues in time? That's the owners concern and given how they're running things so far, I think it is under control. Personally I think, when injuries and suspensions start to bite, we'll be grateful for those options. FTID.

Everyone has their own opinions on the squad size and the financial implications of the size, and off course to voice those opinions but as long as there is progress on the pitch i'm happy to trust the club. Thankfully there is now progress being made.

Most people from inside football seem to think that the squad is too large ,yes you need cover but do you need squad members who are probably never going top play , common sense says a smaller squad would create a better spirit ,it,s just human nature .

Any kind of run in the cups and you're talking over 50 games Carlo. The modern footballer can't hack it. Bookings harder to avoid, players won't play with knocks so the deeper the squad the better. It all changed when they banned the magic sponge.👍

Daft thing is karanka wanted dawson so much, then we pay two and a half million for figs, turn down 10million for Worrall and then he gets a gem in Heff for £300k.
We could be a lot better off??
