It's mad how one game can sometimes turn optimism into pessimism so quickly. After Blackburn even though they played really well in parts and may have felt hard done by the way we battled till the end made me feel that may be after a four match unbeaten league run that just maybe we could hang around the top six. So tonight for me was a must win and again it was two steps forward 2 steps back. So rather going into Saturday's game confident it feels more like a game we need to win especially with a tough few games coming up and the players will no doubt be under pressure after hearing the booing rather than cheering. Too many dropped points in next few games will no doubt put us further behind, a run of 3 or 4 wins on the spin is needed as being a top 6 team it can't happen if you don't. On another note nice to hear the appreciation for Benny boy on his 200th appearance, the lads a must for our team always giving a 100 percent.

No-one has really said we will be a top six team. I'd be happy with a top ten finish, and it looks like that is where we are heading. Played 13 and lost one, we can still improve and are due some luck, but it does seem to me that, like last year, we can only secure a win if we get three goals.
