Grabban, a striker that rarely looks interested and obviously doesn't fit into the managers system.
Carvalho, a show pony full of fancy tricks that rarely come off and thinks he's got all the time in the world on the ball before being dispossessed.

To be honest Fred a lot were saying we have sorted the back four and stopped conceding,really?
We con case nearly every game and tonight were lucky not to be 2 nil down after ten minutes.
No idea what pants was doing from the kick off and he needs dispensing with as he doesn't command his area at all and that's appalling for a goalie of his size.
He's played with a lot sold different players in front of him since he arrived on loan and we concede no matter,he can't reach the half way line with his kicks and is very slow to get down to l8w shots along the turf.
While ever has our goalie we will concede.
Totally agree with grabban,doubt he needs his kit washing as he never broke sweat and have to say calvahalo was awful with his passing and even the lights went out when he tried one flick too much.
Bottom line is when your winning 2 nil you don't expect an experienced goalkeeper to throw the game away,but then again his main experience is reserve team football,get rid and tighten up the defence.

Don’t always agree with you FF799 but spot on with what you say. Pantilimon is a total liability. Doesn’t get down to low shots and for a keeper his size he should be plucking high balls out of the air for fun. But he doesn’t command his area at all and his distribution was shocking tonight. As well as kicking the ball in to touch several times he took ages to get the ball moving and when he did he gifted them the ball that led to their first goal when we were in control of the game (despite not playing particularly well). Time to give Steele a run fir me. Pantilimon not doing it for me this season and looks worse than when he was on loan at the end of last season. A big concern for me. As is our lack of game management as a team. 2-0 up against Sheffield weds and gift them a way back in to the game. 3-0 up against Stoke then stop doing what got us that lead in the first place. Finishes 3-2. And then the keeper throwing Millwall a lifeline tonight. Not good enough.Rant over.
