Nobody could have been surprised when Milwall equalised, they had threatened all night. Some were saying recently that the defence was sorted, I have to disagree as we still can't defend balls into the box. It can't be down to personnel as the likes of Mancienne, Worral, Dawson, Mills, Fox, Fig and now Hef have all played at some point. It has to be partly tactical, and my view is that as a team we play far too deep. We should be pushing the midfield and defence further up the pitch instead of retreating into our 6 yard box. Doesn't help when we keep giving silly free kicks away and having a 6ft7 keeper who becomes 5ft when the ball comes near him. Except for 2 lovely 25 yard strikes we created virtually nothing all night and, much like the Brum game, we're very lucky to get a point. Sadly still not at all convinced that we will be anything other than a mid-lower table side this season. Hope I'm wrong but neither the team or the manager seem to be learning from their mistakes.

Pants is one of main problems what was he doing on their first goal. He's 6'7 plus his reach and if he actually jumped He shouldn't be troubled with any crosses.
Liability put Steele in. And sign a quality keeper in January if we in top 6.
And agree with earlier post. Fox playing well but lacks aerial dominance. Dawson should of started today. Everyone knows millwall always put crosses into box.
