AK's interview states nothing more than what someone stated on here the other day, ie instead of the fans getting on the players back when things are not going to plan they need to encourage the players, yet he is getting stick for it.

Karanka needs to look at himself about encouraging players he plays who he plays and who he takes off his mistakes today no one else’s any good manager would own up and definitely insult the fans that have come out to back him oh well he did learn off Mourinho what do you expect gone down even lower in my estimations

So he should. The fans have purchased 22k season tickets and sat quietly because the performance was awful yet again.

Oh yeah I get it it’s the fans fault ! Utterly ridiculous, he should feel privileged to manage a a club that cay pull in nearly 30000 fans fans don’t play players play all the rest is hot air , beaten by a better team today pure and simple

they have only themselves to blame
.game after game they miss all those early chances to go 3 up and its easier to hit the goal than miss. not enough effort or thought in the majority of forests games, they scramble and rush instead of calming in front of goal. seems like groundhog day every games.

It's going to be a very tight league all season, nip and tuck until the end of May. So the fans need to up the tempo when games are not going the team's way instead of going into their shells and chuntering!
Onward & Upward

Red the fans were behind him and the team, but in the end we got turned over by a better team 12 corners to our none and Dias a total passenger and he takes off calvahalo and Lolley and this persistence with Watson and colback is suicide in home games if we want the top six.
Best to watch us away this season as we are poor at home and have Mr joker in goal.

No it is not the fans fault at all, i do not believe that for a single moment, i also believe AK does not either. AK for me was just saying because of past successes of the club the fans want better performances but getting on the players backs when things are not going well is not the way to get their confidence going. Everyone reads into what he has said what they want to, and not what he has necessary meant. Just the same on here, people read in other people posts what they want to, not what is necessary meant.

Were the crowd getting on people’s backs yesterday? I am afraid in a large crowd when things aren’t going well some fans will become impatient in some cases these are people who have been lured back to the club with the new optimism surrounding it .but this constant harping back expectation due to past successes is nonesense,in football terms those successes are pre historic, many who go now have never seen forest win anything, all they want I believe is some entertainment for their hard earned money and senor karanka needs to start giving them some , that great win at boro means very little now sandwiched between 2 lousy home performances, fair play to Norwich they looked a tidy side, people do need to remember there are 2teams on the pitch

I believe had County and Forest been in the same league for many years, and it was County that had two stars plus all the other success Forest have had the younger Forest fans would be County fans. The last successes have some role to play in some fans expectations.

Yep and if your auntie had b**** she’d be your uncle you can’t completely rewrite history to try to prove a point, the younger people in Nottingham supported forest from the early 60’s onwards nothing to do with the clough successes
