Thing is we've seen just six wins in his seventeen home games since he took charge,three wins so far this season just following the pattern from last season,very poor return and nowhere near good enough to challenge for promotion.
He has to change,but I don't think he knows how.
We basically haven't moved forward despite a massive influx of players,some we havnt even seen.
Its a no wonder fans can't get excited.
