One thing I will say is karanka handled the whole situation with real dignity he was a credit to the club after the match, just trying to imagine how Leeds would have reacted the other way around or some plank like warnock given those circumstances.

Stevie, quite correct, AK was the same when Henderson used his hand to score for Forest at Boro in 2014. Can't recall him getting stick on this site though, think any player would have done the same as Roofe, pure instinct but admit it was worse being Leeds.I was at Leeds and to be fair to the officials it was hard to tell without replays.
On another note I can't believe the negative comments about Carvalho and the other Portugeuse players, they need time to adjust but Carvalho in particular is a class above and will be a great addition.

Carvalho a class above? What do you base that on exactly? Not from his performances in a Forest shirt so far.

You are saying Karanka handled this perfectly, well what about Roofe he handled it perfectly as well.

re Portuguese lads they are young and inexperienced in our league.
The only way they will get experience and toughen up is by playing.
I agree yesterday Carvalho had a torrid time and by the look on his face didn't want to be out there but that's part of his learning.
He will toughen up and get better
It was a 10 man defence master class.

Yep and a masterclass on how not to officiate l posted on here just after half time the ref had lost it and was giving them everything, think we should go out drown our sorrows with the Jacksonville jaguars that must have been some night out the 4of them had trying to do a runner after running up a bar bill of 50 grand!!

yes the officials were poor throughout but they can't give something they didn't see, the linesman should have seen it though and probably bottled it under the home fans pressure.
Carvalho worked his socks off, but that is not his game, we have been crying out for a class link player and given time to adjust he will shine, I imagine a young Fabregas would have struggled in the championship to start with.
Not long ago people were on the backs of Osborn and Fox, a bit of encouragement rather than being critical would no doubt help.

These people saying carvallhio is a class above make me laugh it’s surely based on his price tag,he’s just like majewski only radi was better

Exactly, where you can use your class to dictate games, you are agreeing with me without knowing it. The championship is more rough and ready.

balanced view so he can’t use his ‘class’ to dictate a game against Norwich, but would ok against Barcelona or Real Madrid?? Eh!??

And Fabregas was at Arsenal for two years before he got a run out in the first team as it took that long to adjust.
Lets give these young lads time and they will come good.
