I guess I'll get murdered on here for this, but the weakness if there is one still seems to me to be Guediora. I kept a record of most of the times he was mentioned in the commentary. First 10 mins Carvalho and Guediora kept giving the ball away. 14 mins Geddy fouls Fleck. 19 mins Gueddy passes well astray. 24 mins Gued loses ball again. 28 mins Gued poor pass again gifts possession. 44 mins Gued poor pass across the field. 45 Mins Gued poor pass out of play. 50 mins Gued pumps ball upfield when he doesn't have to, plenty to pass to. 53 mins Gued plays ball behind Cash despite having oceans of time. 58 mins Gued has ball taken off him easily. 59 mins Gued shoots well over bar. 60 mins Gued overhits pass during attack - it breaks down. 74 mins Gued poor pass ball goes out. 84 mins Gued loses ball in their area 85 mins Gued passes ball too far forward. 88 mins Gued fails to see Grabban carries on and gets a free kick. 89 mins Gued puts ball out instead of to a Forest player in space. Maybe I'm wrong and he played well, but it didn't feel like it from the commentary I heard, perhaps people who were there can put me right.
I guess we are using him because he can help the younger players, but to my mind we need a creative midfielder who can pick out proper passes, Osborn for instance.
If Sheffield United are a top of the League
Team with the old codgers they had up front today, then my guess is any team can win this league.
Our lads played well, defended well and got the win we needed, so I'm really pleased.

Thing is with the radio is you don’t see who is closing him down or what position they were in when receiving the ball and wheather it was a good pass to him in the first place.also doesn’t show what type of pass he was trying.

Best advice I can give is cone to the game mate. I genuinely thought about not going yesterday but really glad I did . Ps AG didn’t have his best game and did give the ball away a lot

In my attempt to stand up for Pep I'll suggest that maybe sometimes he gives the ball away because he doesn't just play the 5 yard sideways pass that our other midfielders are so good at.

For sure perks. His bar is set high because on his day those passes you mention he usually pulls off. When he has an off day he doesn’t . You’re absolutely right though most don’t even try what AG does. And more imply- he’d die for the cause - fantastic player. Ps Dawson was like some kind of warrior yesterday I’d play him every week , Figueiredo will learn loads playing alongside

Your right perks he does try a little to hard at times trying to find that perfect pass when an easier pass is on.

Not lost a game with Guedioura in the team this season, all 12 of them (W5, D7). But let's drop him because he sounds bad on the radio.
