Where are we as a club? AK has survived, so far, after the players and fans efforts v Leeds. We lost to Chelski but not disgraced. Maranakis was at the game and is allegedly due to 'discuss' transfer plans. With 'winnable' games coming up, do the club's hierarchy play 'wait and see' as Forest have a tendency to waste points opportunities. Or do we commit to AK and freshen the squad? It's a difficult choice, drop more points and he may have to go, so do you want to bring in more AK type players? Fail to back him and we may lose those points anyway? I'd play the half now, half later game. 2 players asap and min.7 points from next 3 games gets you 2 more. Any less and there's the door. Ruthless this football game. 😁.

I think we’ve many weaknesses in the squad scouse , were nowhere near promotion candidates at the moment and good players that might have added something are being snapped up quickly . I’m worried it’s going to be more of the same of the signings that aren’t / haven’t worked.

Players worth keeping: Steele, darikwa, Figueiredo, Robinson, Dawson ( but will spend most of season injured), Colback, yacob, Cash, Osborn, lolley, Grabban, carvalho, (benefit of doubt for now), Murphy Yates and appiah (always good to have a couple knocking around who might make it.).

Sorry but the rest are no use and I many case an experiment that just hasn’t worked. I’m interested to understand who wanted Soudani for example ?

Reality is we’ve got loads of players but only half are good enough to challenge for the top six.

you say we are no where near promotion candidates, so who are and how have we done against them ?
The league table is constantly changing and we have to account for the late charge by someone

On our day we've proven we are as good as any team in championship. But we are still 3/4 quality players short of becoming more consistent.
Keeper
Centre back
Winger
Forward

That’s my point red. We can’t get any consistency because on squad lacks quality in depth. If our best 13 outfield lads are available we’re up there, without them we lack the resilience I predict. Just my opinion.

I think it doesn't matter about kranks situation as we have a director of football to sign players now, but I think Saturday is another massive game for karanka, we (forest) need to string 5 wins in a row to push us up there n the next few are very winnable.
