Well it's O, Neill, now back him 100%, there's some who don't rate him, if you don't then bugger off . We need to be solid as a club, a team effort that means club and mostly supporters .

I always back the manager 100% it is what supporters do. I do have concerns that it is an appointment to appease the fans and I do think it is 10 years too late. Let's get behind him and give him a hero's welcome on Saturday and hope he still has got what it takes to get us promoted.

He would have been my favourite as replacement because I feel the players need their spirits and confidence lifted, and that's a job he will do really well. He also will not be afraid to move people on and give youngsters some chances - the best of all worlds really.
It doesn't bother me that he's a former player, he's a very different man in character to Stuart Pierce. I only hope he is given time, space, and money to run the club how he wants with the staff he wants - otherwise he'll join the graveyard of managers that has become the norm at Forest.
