Why, All he basically said was Martin is a sentimental signing, and by doing so it might be a mistake.

We shall see lc but whatever happens it will be a better signing than some of the others pitched for the job also there's no doubt in my mind a better bet than krankie there will be a lot of players that I think should of been given a chance in this team under krankie that wasn't given the chance because of stubbornness a lot of changes on the pitch over this next month and for the better 😆

I,m really looking forward to seeing common sense prevail at the CG ,eg. the right team selections ,players not ostersized, young players used if they are ready ,sensible substitutions, not being told players we know are not good enough are the right choice , the fans not being blamed for poor performances and finally a good feeling around the club from top to bottom ,we,er all I it together ,hopefully this time that corner will be turned ,last chance maybe for some of us oldies!
CARLO

Skegsjay, Just because i understand what he said it does not mean i agree with him, but for me his differing opinion does not make him numpty.

Really good post Carlo. Getting back to the all important basics really and getting our club performing well again after twenty years in the wilderness. The club thanks to our Greek friend is in the best shape it as been for years and if MON can provide the final piece in the jigsaw it would be absolutley fantastic for all of our supporters to finally see it come good. The final sentence , last chance for some of us oldies made me think that could include me to, sixty years a fan this year. Started with Jack Burkitt lifting the FA cup in 1959 and to get back in the top flight after such a long absence would be amazing.

We've turned more corners than Lewis Hamilton.

Not sure this corner will be any different. Apologies for the pessimism.
