God I hope this appointment will work this is Forest and I’m just a touch nervous that Saturday could turn out to be a massive let down

At least with mon their will be no lack of understanding, nothing complicated and their will be bench reaction, sensible subs and utter honesty and no veiled threats or sulks. Going forward it will be square pegs, passion and empathy allround. Certainly no complacency and players will be picked on merit.
