MON win rate after 12 games before today was 40%. Winning 5 from 12 most without Grabban.

Also robbed at Preston and WBA and arguably at Ipswich when MURPHY goal was ruled out.

Fans calling for his head are unrealistic.

He needs to get rid of some of the dross AK signed, add to the core himself with his own players and really push on next year.

Norwich and Leeds were both below half way last year!

The squad of players we have are of good quality. Difference is that under krankie we was hard to beat. O'Neill's tactics are making us easy to beat.
