I really really like mon and keano . however i really don't think that the players have bought into and what they are trying to achieve. Desperation was the the word of the day. I want the management duo to suceed sooo much but i really don't think it will happen. I do have some positives though. Young yates. Molla waguea. Milossovic. Pele. Pardon the spelling. I can't understand why he hasn't used carvahlio more often. I think its a case of them and us. Management and the troops not clicking. We have the fan base no doubt . We have an owner who is ambitious and forward thinking. If the stars are all aligned then we could achieve huge success. I'll never give up hoping. Keep the faith my fellow forest fans. COYR.

Talking of judging a manager: We must try and employ one who is in charge from August to May and then on to next season irrespective of how it finishes. What is the point of sacking MON in, say November, after a bad start and starting mid season with a fresh regime? It will be deja vu!! He won't get the whole term.
We can't pluck a manager from a club who will get us promoted in 4/5 months!( If they exist/would they come??)

I do not believe that MON or RK is the manager that will do the business for us but agree norfolk that we have to give them a full season providing that we do not find ourselves in a relegation battle.
Afraid the owners have had the fingers in the pie regarding player signings with the previous manager and think it has to change for MON as I cannot see him tolerating this interference.
