Could someone please explain to me how when a manager is one point off the play offs the management at forest decide to make things difficult and get rid of him. Now when a manager loses points by not playing our best team and ends up nine the forest management decide to keep him. It is forest all over it's a joke!

Red lipstick, I understand your frustration but AK was equally as inconsistent. It’s hard to say where we would be if he’d have stayed because many teams hit some form around Xmas and go on a good run. O’Neil dropped silly points against Rotherham and Blackburn but so did Ak against QPR and Preston. You could argue for and against in equal strength for both managers I think.

The irony will be Karanka going back to Boro and getting them promoted next season!

Gibson won't employ him again red,so there will be no irony.
What is this fixation you have about karanka being a good manager?
If it's the one promotion, then Roy Keane's d8d that for Sunderland,so we already have a good manager in waiting when Martin hands over the mantle.

Karanka had his day at Middlesbrough, he won't repeat what he did there . His 4-2-3-1 formation as been found out and will produce more draws then anything . he's a mid table manager.
