Football has moved on just like every other type of business and places of work. Like it or not It is not acceptable to shout and ball anymore people just will not tolerate it. If you don’t adapt you become extinct just like the Dinosaurs.

Yep and get them relegated. I really dislike Warnock his style of football and the way he conducts himself. His approach can get him so far but he has never really pushed on. Mediocre at best.

I agree reddog. the businesses is different so therefore needs a different approach. Syred has a point about Warnock tho. I'm from Wales so lived through the Cardiff promotion and relegation with a lot of close friends. Would I trade what we've had for what they've achieved in that time? i'm a die hard NFFC supporter but I would definitely take the Cardiff journey over the Forest travesty in that time. The holy grail play-off dream is possible regardless of the board/ managerial approach I'm certain #loadsmorebeernow.

People bang on about Warnock as if he is some kind of dictator? Agreed we don't like him but that's more to do with clubs he has managed. He is old school dinosaur maybe but gets the best from players that are cast offs knows when to shout and when to put his arm round a player. Tells it like it is so no ponsy players telling him what's what. Like our Clough (not in the same class) is the gaffer. That said don't want him anywhere near the club.
