Just read the article in the post about the official that is overseeing the game at Rotherham. When are the officials going to be controlled on performances as they should not be hitting the headlines for giving out that amount of cards. If a performance is in question they should be monitored on their next four games and then taken aside and shown footage of the questionable decisions.

These guys do have a tough job but week in week out we see inconsistent refereeing and this quality needs to improve, we want entertaining football and not an official taking centre stage.

Then simple - don't take stupid risks when you are on a yellow already. We pick up far too many yellows for dissent and other avoidable reasons. Whether the ref is right or wrong you have to keep your mouth shut and win the ball back. We won 2 European cups doing that.

I like Pm's attitude to Pieria 2 yellows.
He knows the rules and will get a big fine
just like BC in that aspect.

Come on 1978 all he did was celebrate a late winner, with a push from the steward employed by villa in the hope he would be sent off. This is ridiculous, he instigated a classic goal and showed passion! We were ecstatic and pay good money for that feeling when it eventually comes, let's enjoy life shall we?

It was his confrontation that got him his first booking that did the damage, but like PM says they all know the rules,
This is team discipline and has to be followed.
you can't have players ignoring the rules as if effects the team.
