Any fans slagging off fawazs family are disgusting . These twitter trolls need to take a look at themselves. All in all most people I've met from Nottingham are genuine great supporters of Nottingham forest. I've supported them from the 80's because I liked their style not because I was born there . I wasn't, I'm from Belfast and every season I do my best to get over a few times to watch them. All fans should do their utmost to sell their club, because at the end of the day fans make the team . Stop slating fawaz family, get behind your team we've all a part to play . coyr.

Well said. Fawaz is a decent man who has apologised for his failings and is now trying to do the right thing for the long term future of the club. COYR's.

Totally agree. Fawaz is a decent bloke, and he and his family don't deserve the constant abuse from mindless trolls. However, there is a widening gap between owner and fans. He's had a fair crack of the whip, over the last 5 years, but as come up way short, were we the fans want to be, and Fawaz himself I'm guessing. His apologies in his interview yesterday, summed this up. Not sure what the future holds, with regards new owners, but the current one is definitely not working. I do wish Fawaz and his family all the best for the future, he's tried, but realised, it's a tough game to be in, with little or no progress in his tenure.

{Ed001's Note - how do you know he is a decent bloke?}

I've met him and he was decent with me. How do you know he's not?

{Ed001's Note - ah so you haven't a clue either, that's my point. You talk as if you have intimate knowledge of the guy and his life but you have met him once. So you know nothing but keep trying to claim he is some kind of nice guy because he wasn't a knob on your one meeting. Perhaps you should just drop this decent guy crap and concentrate on the fact that no one or their families should face abuse on social media or anywhere else for that matter.}
