PM can only work with the hand he's being delt. Admittedly some of the blame lays at his door. Constantly changing the side, swapping and wrapping the team is not good for continuity or consistency. I also think he needs to be more flexible in his team formation and tactics. I do however feel that some of the summer signings ( on his recommendations or not ) would struggle to get a game with any other championship club that have desires to play in the Premier league.

Pm is causing his own problems. Chopping changing. Perera is not a right back end of. Play licha their. If pinnilis or troare aren't fit play Cohen left back. Vaughen holding. Manchienne and either Hobbs or perqius. Play perera right wing. Lansbury osbourne. Velios Britt up top.

I don't have any sympathy with PM whatsoever, too many square pegs in round holes. Is it asking too much that he plays his best LB Cohen at LB, Eric at RB, the best attacking midfielder Perriera behind Vellios and imo now that Dave is injured play one of most talented players Lam at DM. The man must be blind if he can't see these fundamental errors in his line up!
