Cash sign a contract till 2019 so if he didn't want to go surely it up to him I can't see him getting in Chelsea team or even on the bench.

Spot on there jonny what's the point in having an acadamy if prem clubs can cherry pick our best players it shows we don't have any ambition selling our best players won't get the fans back only drive them away.

Southampton seem to be doing ok selling all there best players. they have the best academy but always sell there best players on, they are a very good team in the prem and have moved up over the years doing this.

Yes your right they spend money, the money they got by selling off there best players or young players.

{Ed001's Note - not true, they invested money in the youth academy and player recruitment set up anyway, totally unrelated to the sale of players. That is how they were able to survive the sales. Forest have not put any kind of comparatively decent investment in either area of the club, thanks to the clueless guy at the top, who has never had any kind of plan.}
