Why is the Lansbury transfer saga still carrying on? If he wants to go why doesn't Fawaz just say to Villa Norwich etc price is £3.25M and a 20 % sell on clause and get it done. Offer Barnsley £1M + for Hourihane £1m+ for Bogle extend Worralls contract and I'm sure Fawaz has a few bills to pay with the change. We must be due some money from the Bamford sale. I don't see the point in Lansbury playing just 1 game to suit him unless he is committed to Forest and if he is sign a new contract. Stop fannying about Fawaz!

I think we should sell lansbury and try and bring in josh morris from Scunthorpe (17 goals and leading league 1 scorer from midfield) and omar bogle from Grimsby.

We should have been competing for Sam Whinnal but sat in another embargo meant he went to Wednesday for only £500k. Must be worth signing Gary Hooper on loan with view to a perm deal. Wednesday have got loads of strikers now.

Didn't we previously buy a top scorer from Division 1 for 5.5 mil (poss going up to 8 mil with clauses) who i personally think hasn't set the world on fire (i agree he has been injured)

Yup and had he gone to another club he'd probably have stayed fit and moved on to a premier league club by now. Definitely think there are some hidden gems and bargains in the lower divisions though that could do a job for us.

Dead right footie, some good scouts out there who know about players and their potential, best one is the main man on what used to be called "The Boot Room" Ian (Charlie) McParland a pedigree with both County and Forest for many years, we need to set up a network of scouts, because if Fawaz has his way there won't be anyone left in our academy. Its time to rely on tried and trusted methods for finding what we need, good players, well posted footie.
