The Nottingham Post, better late than never, good local media and correspondents would not have let things get so bad, they seem to forget who their customers are with patronising reporting. CARLO

The fans only have themselves to blame for our situation. the fans protested against doughty and we ended up with fawaz. the same fans have left it too late to do anything this time round. stuff the media and all that the fans have let the club down massively.

In this instance I blame the FA the only way to compete with the larger clubs is to spend vast sums of money. enter control freak fawaz

Obviously those fans won't hold there hands up and say sorry about hounding a good man out who was trying to make cut backs for the proposed ffp that was round the corner but you are directly involved in what we have today at the club.

Up the forest, I don't support your first point FFP was not the the reason we sold all the Crown Jewels from the youth system in 2003 / 4, a decision that dropped us deep in the mire. This club has been mismanaged for years.

I do wholly endorse your point that the fans of this club must too share the blame. No unsustainable preseason spend = a disinterested fan base who become disinterested in the team by January even when investment has Been made. A bit more support from the fans would most likely generate another 500.000 a month.

FFP is the problem, needs to be ditched. clubs who have money to spend should be able to spend regarless of limits, fa are the biggest set of muppets,
