So talks have started with regards Middlesbrough bidding 10m (our set price) for Britt.

Waiting in the wings are Burnley and now Watford apparently.

For a player that was close to a career ending injury and only just getting back in shape and form 10m is a very good figure to start at.

I do think that the wage offers will be nearly double he's on here so hard to see a young player who is injured a lot and they always long injuries to not take and massive pay rise sign a long deal and secure some good cash for his young family.

I have no doubt that Britt will be leaving us within the next few weeks.

I'm sorry but if we sold Britt for 10m we would be a laughing stock as we were last season, I exept difficult desisions have to be made but as I have posted before goal scorers are like gold dust if we have to sell it MUST NOT be for a penny less than 15m, especially as Posh have a sell on clause .
