Other teams have gone up with weaker squads than what we have now.
On the potential of macdonald being signed. Anymore than 3m is ridiculous for a 28 year old who as mainly played in league 1.
For that amount we could bring a cm in from prem side who as fell down pecking order.

Who has gone up with weaker squads just because there not the type of player or team you see as attractive doesn't mean they are weaker.
