Fulham have turned down £21m for their 21 year old defender R S from Spurs, Spurs obviously offered it but is he really worth that amount, or is it what the market demands they need to offer.

It's not that he's worth that it's he has a lot of potential and tbh spurs have a good record of buying good young players and turning them into superstars just look at delli alli 5 mill from mk dons before that bale from Southampton 10 mill then got 80 million for him.
