We need to make a decision bout Hobbs and mills.
Firstly Hobbs if fit best centre half at club
But is he ever going to be fit. No.
Sounds like his ankle stops him training hard and restricts him to playing accasionally. What's he got left on his contract. Time to mov him on.
Mills absolutely crap. League one at best.
Why is he even still here.
They both need to go to make room for another quality CB.
I personally hope Hobbs can play against borough because if mills starts were screwed.
If not play 4231.

Lam is too light weight for this league I think but he is still young and only had one season here, looked good in tackle and has a ok pass on him too, personally I would loan him out to league one or another championship club maybe someone like Bolton to get game time and see if he can toughen up, could play a part in second half of season or next season.

Thomas Lam is not a centre half. He is a Mancienne without the pace. He is not strong enough or quick enough.

As an anchor in midfield though, that is a different kettle of fish, he reminds me of John McGovern. He is fearless in the tackle, he makes himself available and he pings a good pass. Unlike McGovern he has an eye for goal.

Having said all that if we sign Bridcott it may be time for Themas to move on.

Tbh I don't really care about any of the squad playing with the exception of Mills he's gone down hill at best a mediocre Division 1 player, sorry but its true all I've seen him do is moan and make mistakes for a big lad he's rubbish in the air and at his feet well enough said.

Mills can head the ball, he's nodded a f ew in for us so why can't he head it defending goal? Thought Hobbs played well pre season, haven't seen him since.

I ain't moaning just stating a fact we've had 5 league goals against in my opinion not moaning Mills was at fault for 3 of them if that's moaning then so be tell you what 79 I hope he plays against boro and proves me wrong I'll admit I'm in the wrong unlike many on here whom are always right pmsl.
