I see Matt Mills is saying we weren't at our best against Leeds he and MW need to study videos back on mills performance, s in 5 games he'd never play again I think its his fault for more than half the goals he's rubbish can't defend again Saturday out monovered by roofe who's small in physical aspect sorry guys he needs to go never mind be our captain mancianne is far better and Hobbs.

I didn't go to the Newcastle game but I understand from a mate who did that Hobbes was outstanding when he came on so I don't understand why Warbo keeps playing Mills who s a squad player at best! Also why Vellious can't get near the squad.I don't know what more they can do to change the managers mind. Also it's alright Paul Taylor in NEP saying only 5 players started v Leeds who played v Newcastle of whom 2 played under an hour but Leeds had an extra days recovery (played Tuesday) and an easy game v Newport whereas we played extra time against much tougher opposition so I must disagree with him and say tiredness was a factor on Saturday.

just let me get this straight the silly free kick that was given away for leeds first goal was mills fault. the difficult ball into the box that mills had to deal with was mills fault and the 3 forest defenders? that were marking that well known leeds player called fresh air that was mills fault aswell. i think some of you lot have been heading the ball too much.

jrs 1966 take your tunnel vision glasses off and tell me who had our best effort on goal against leeds. don't worry it don't mean you have to take his picture off the dartboard. i know mills isn't the best defender in the the world but he has never disrespected our club and he has always tried it best so i have respect for that. the fact is on saturday leeds were better than us in that game and in all departments so we live with it. Easy to blame mills for everything.
We do have to stop giving free kicks away in dangerous areas,we allow the opposition to run too far before tackling we just back off till it's too late.
Everyone who wants Hobbs on are wasting their time,he'd last two games before being out for long period,amazed he's not retired before he does himself more harm for later life.

Hobbs ain't different and Cohen should call it a day too.
I'm in the building trade difference is can't pack in unlikefootballers who earn 10000k to 20000k a week.
They can chose to call it and set a business up or find a job or just live off it.
Health comes first you've got nothing without it.
My point with Hobbs was he is incapable of playing even half a season,that's just fact,so I don't even think about him starting,nothing to do with talent just unable to be relied on.

I've said this on here many,many times but none of us know what Hobbs fitness problems are as we are not party to Forests physios/medical staffs assessments. If his injuries can't be managed with less training or a special programme to prolong his career and get a substantial number of games out of him then fair enough pay him off and move him on.But we just don't know do we? And as he's the club's best centre back we ought to cut him some slack,Warbo,likewise with Wardy,Vaughn and Cohen for example.You never we might end up with less damage in the goals against column!

Worral is a kid and a good one but has too much responsibility at the moment.
Mills too slow and doesn't jump.
Hobbs too slow and injury prone. (God knows what is going on with him really)
Manchienne is too small and a push over.

Darwikwa looks good going forward but his positioning is questionable to me in defence.
Traoure can't control a ball and is inconsistent.
Fox has awful positioning.
Lichij is quality.

Personally I still feel we need a Leftback and a CB but I doubt we will get them both unless we shift a few players. Leftback for me has been our problem for years.

Sorry to disagree with a few of you but the first goal against leeds was down to giving away a daft free kick. Then Mills. I played cb for 15 years. If a ball comes into the box you head it down to the feet of a team mate. If you can't do that then head it off the pitch so the team can regroup. Weak headers to the opposition means the ball will end up in your net.
