In my view MW has 2 ganmes to save his job, lf if we loose the next 2 games I think he will be gone. Selling Assambolonga to a rival in the Championship says it all, we cannot have any ambition to get to the Premiership, we should have given him £60,000 week it is only the wages of two of our current highest earners, Hobbs being one of them.

tell me how can you stop a player leaving if he wants to go? we got a very good price for assambolonga and MW has got some decent players in just give him a little time

The new owner has previous history for getting rid of managers after a few games. I do not think patience is a virtue as far as he is concerned.

Guys, the defensive frailties are worrying I agree with you. My main concern is there are now two dvd's available of how exactly to play against us to get the result. MW needs to respond to that by making us diverse, flexible, agile and hard to beat every game. We should give him time and back him to succeed, we were never going to be anywhere near the top six this season, I brought season tickets for me and the kids fully cognisant of that fact.
Regarding the The patience of Maranakis. It won't last last long I wouldn't think so you can be sure if the progress isn't what was expected a change will happen. We have no idea what that expected progress really is but we know they will have expectations that will need to be met. It seems in light of that the best thing we can do is back the manager to the hilt on he basis that he's brought some good lads into the club and wants the fans to be entertained. Surely for that we should want him to succeed.
Either way I doubt we will influence anything unless attendances drop significantly. If they do that would be disappointing because it seems to suggest that for all the surgery the club needs after the mismanagement of 20 years the expectations for this season are a little high?
In summary we have ups and downs this year, if the downs put us anywhere near danger marinakis will step in for sure otherwise we need to help collectively revive the club and accept the season will be one of frustrating results from time to time.

Get real fella seriously so wat we get another manager who wants to change the style of play, tactics, training, coaching staff and players . Then expect everyone to jump on board and gel together with no issues. Come on mate yes defensively we need sorting asap as 100 shots at our goal in 6 games is quite shocking but 2 games to save his job unrealistic buddy

J70. You seem to think the club has pockets that go on forever, did you not learn anything from the Fawaz years. Giving players ridiculous money, handing out lengthy contracts, and buying players with no concern for how much a club wants leads to embargoes. They are deep cuts that are healing at the moment, they take time.
