What will the new manager do with Dias, Clough, Goncalves, Soudani and pantillimon . A lot of skeletons in the cupboard aren’t there?

1.) 11 Jan 2019 22:05:31
Shouldn't be if ak was as good most say why are 3 in that list his signings

31 Dec 2018 17:45:23
Since 14/15 season to present day, in the period 20th December to 02 jan our stats are:
Played 16
Won 0
Drawn 7
Lost 9

These stats have occurred under 5 managers, Pearce, freedman, montanier, warburton and Karanka . Can it be possible that the managers are always to blame. These are disgraceful stats and the variety of players who have been at the club achieving them clearly couldn’t care less about working hard at a time of year where outcomes of games very much define the overall outcome of the season.

These stats have made me furious and I doubt whether me and the rest of the family will renew our 5 season tickets next season. What’s the point when players can’t be arsed to show up at a point of the season where workmanlike and industrious performances ned to be given.

Every year our season unravels at Xmas and we get sucked into a relegation battle . Forest , get a grip, sort it out - it’s disgraceful and pathetic.

1.) 31 Dec 2018 18:52:06
2star, most of us think that we can do, and know better than any manager we have had because of the poor results every season, so we air our views where we can but as long as your able to go to games you should go and give your support.

Not because you are told to, but because the club needs you, and i really believe in the near future we will come good.

2.) 01 Jan 2019 09:41:40
LC Then practice what you preach and get behind the team and the manager?
You have to have belief to be successful at anything otherwise you end up being a loser.

3.) 01 Jan 2019 10:08:05
RIE, I get behind the team at every game i go to then say how i see on here.

4.) 01 Jan 2019 11:43:03
Well Lansbury always took Xmas off, who do we blame this year? Dawson?

5.) 01 Jan 2019 12:18:16
I blame RIE.

6.) 01 Jan 2019 12:23:13
Scouse, I blame the players that play in the games personally. I recognise an alternative view is to say it’s the manager , but the same outcomes under 5 different. Managers? A bit odd in my opinion. December has been a complete disaster again and something needs to change . It’s just not good enough, I doubt whether anyone has such alarming stats as those .

12 Sep 2018 21:48:45
Fawaz is trying to buy Charlton

1.) 12 Sep 2018 22:47:46
Knowing our luck he'll be succesfull and get them to the prem,🙄🙄

2.) 12 Sep 2018 23:26:25
Which one, bobby or jackie?

3.) 13 Sep 2018 00:08:29
I hope this isn’t true

4.) 13 Sep 2018 00:23:54
He shouldn’t be allowed to buy a bag of crisps in this country let alone another football club

5.) 13 Sep 2018 01:04:18
Why are you getting worried?

6.) 13 Sep 2018 07:36:11
For footballs sake (ffs) and would you want another set of fans to go through that?

7.) 13 Sep 2018 09:09:37
Usmanov-think that's how it's spell it is apparently interested in Charlton, can't see fawaw passing another fit and proper owner test.

8.) 13 Sep 2018 09:22:37
New job for King Billy on the cards😆

9.) 13 Sep 2018 13:21:59
Why is he coming back ,3rd time lucky!

10.) 13 Sep 2018 16:17:54
The Forest club shop has just had a major sales windfall. Fawaz and his Bank Balance were spotted sneaking out the service bay with boxes of Fawaz sponsored Forest shirts bound for The Valley as part payment for the club!

10 Aug 2018 22:59:13
Hopefully Karanka has seen that Darikwa and Benny are the weak links at full back in the first two outings. If we are to improve them it is surely ta ta benny and ta ta darikwa

1.) 11 Aug 2018 01:01:15
Weak link if any has been not been capatilising on our chances and dominance. Darikwa i agree has been our worst player, hesitant and gives the ball away. But benny is solid as he is always. Say ta ta to our player of the season last season have a word.

2.) 11 Aug 2018 04:38:14
Dont get why you are so down on Osborn. Terrific little player wherever he plays.

3.) 11 Aug 2018 07:51:32
Benny is no leftback. Always gives it his all but falls over too much and makes poor decisions. He was runing back to the goal line instead of attacking the danger when wba scored. Darikwa just not a rightback either. When you play 3 5 2 you might get away with these 2 but in a back four not a chance. Why is Robinson not playing???.

4.) 11 Aug 2018 08:15:37
Spot on Rutland, Osborn puts in a shift but he isn't a left back, he runs round like a little terrier snapping at people's heals but all to often gets found out of position. Is the old debate around, what position is his position? Most people will say attacking mid but as you will see as the season goes on when the Portuguese lads start to gel, he ain't much good at that either. Work rate 110%, substance very much lacking.

5.) 11 Aug 2018 08:46:47
Shows how dreadful we were last season for Osborn to win player of the season. Excellent point made about not taking chances. however , all successful teams need to also defend narrow leads which we are incapable of doing. I’m not sure what game you are watching if you can’t see That Osborn and darikwa are the weak links at full back, which doesn’t make Osborn a bad player by the way , it just means he’s no fullback. Whether there is a place for hi. In the team elsewhere nowadays is a seperate debate altogether. Like Brereton and Worral we may find benny is only going to be third choice this season.

6.) 11 Aug 2018 11:24:23
Not sure all the criticism of the full backs is warranted to be honest after just two games against two sides that have the potential to finish in the top 6 all players need a number of games under their belt before they hit top form

7.) 11 Aug 2018 12:09:28
Redmarsh - he played at lb for much of last season and he hasn't adapted to the position through the summer, still the same frailties.

8.) 11 Aug 2018 14:05:56
Far too much nonsense has been going on over the last 2-3 years regarding Benny. He's one of our best players, but I guess these people just don't want to give up.

9.) 11 Aug 2018 14:46:15
Well bsered this will be the season where both veiws are put to the sword - we really will find out if Osborn is the player we think he is now we have some better ones than before .

07 Aug 2018 22:29:49
Get rid of lolley, darikwa and Osborn and we’ve got a team. Shows how far we’ve come for lolley to look so poor. Some of the old frailties still there.

1.) 08 Aug 2018 00:34:31
What are you talking about lol that was a fantastic performance from everyone

2.) 08 Aug 2018 06:18:05
Lolly one of our better players, find it strange you would say that and Osborne has linked up very well with the Portuguese lads. In fact everybody seems to have raised their game. I wanted to get rid of Guedioura last season, look at him now!

3.) 08 Aug 2018 06:36:50
Lolley was fantastic, he just looked like he was lacking confidence in front of goal. I can understand however why AK wants another right back, he gave the ball away a lot. He's good on the counter attack but that's about it.

4.) 08 Aug 2018 06:55:52
Lolley played well. Agree about the right back though.

5.) 08 Aug 2018 07:37:30
Seriously need new right back! Why we let lichaj go and keep him is beyond me, good overall performance let down by darikwa. Gave the ball away to many times and can't make a decision when on the ball also afraid to take players on

6.) 08 Aug 2018 08:12:25
Our full backs looked like our weakest areas but we covered well. Darikwa just seemed to lose his head and composure.

7.) 08 Aug 2018 08:48:57
To me Darikwa just looks really nervous when the ball comes to him, and it makes me nervous watching him. I feel like he's going to give the ball away every time he gets it.

8.) 08 Aug 2018 09:01:20
I have to say I was very impressed with the performance last night, the result was unfair on us.
When was the last time forest played football with intent?
The results will come if we continue to play like that :)

9.) 08 Aug 2018 11:17:59
Spot on 2star. Those 2 as fullbacks simply woefull

10.) 08 Aug 2018 14:26:16
We showed signs of improvement over last season nice to see players able to dribble the ball movement looked after only problem is same problem as last year can't defend crosses and scoring goals we had enough chance to be 3 up by half him

11.) 08 Aug 2018 15:05:09
Byram will be our right back soon and Robinson will be left back if karanka continues with 4 at back. If not then back 3 of Dawson fig fox

12.) 08 Aug 2018 20:55:36
Lolley lacked the ability to be effective in the final third four times last night . Caught in 3 minds and failed to make the right call in very strong positions.

Not quite as excited now Roy is touch and go.

1.) 17 Jan 2019 16:52:01
I'd rather not have Keane.

2.) 17 Jan 2019 17:10:59
You know something 2star I’m more apprehensive than excited
A legend from the past coming back to manage us and another full house at the City Ground
God I hope this appointment will work this is Forest and I’m just a touch nervous that Saturday could turn out to be a massive let down
Especially with the problems we have with the team at the moment

3.) 17 Jan 2019 17:34:18
Yep - I get that

4.) 17 Jan 2019 18:39:29
At least with mon their will be no lack of understanding, nothing complicated and their will be bench reaction, sensible subs and utter honesty and no veiled threats or sulks. Going forward it will be square pegs, passion and empathy allround. Certainly no complacency and players will be picked on merit.

17 Jan 2019 10:02:40
Looks like we will be selling out 4 home games on the bounce !

1.) 17 Jan 2019 11:31:00
Only to be expected when a club legend decided to manage the club.

2.) 17 Jan 2019 12:00:30
Happy days 2star and may there be many more sell outs 😆

15 Jan 2019 09:16:57
The first rocket i’d Launch would be up the a*** if Jason a Cummings. If these two say there is no player there, then there is no player. I think we will get a much better assessment of the quality of the players we have. Could be better than we think

1.) 15 Jan 2019 10:10:44
Agreed 2star re maybe we have better thsn we think. Eg Bridcutt i thought he really started to flourish, looked very mobile tough tackling and supporting the attack. He eas certainly more on it than colback when he first joined. I think honest players will get a fairer opportunity under oneil as a lot of good senior pro's were unfairly oosted when AK came in. As you say mckay for the outlay was never offered any guidance under AK as although he had lost his way with the right manager he could have been a cracking player. has Graban been injured or has he sulked?? If the latter he won't last under oneil.

14 Jan 2019 12:52:28
Doesn’t sound like Roy is part of the deal -☹️☹️

1.) 14 Jan 2019 12:58:46
Sky saying in negotiations over Keane.

2.) 14 Jan 2019 13:17:28
Krankies back room staff still there will they after let them go first

3.) 14 Jan 2019 13:18:12
I hope so !

4.) 14 Jan 2019 14:09:18
O'Neil on his own. I'm not so sure. however if
Keano joins,he will command immediate respect. we could even do a Solsjkaer!!!
Let's see!!!

14 Jan 2019 12:40:07
You never know guys, the combination of them might work well and we might be left with much more eductayed and able Keane for many years. Make no mistake Keane still loves the club , it will be electric on Saturday. When he played for us I was fifteen and loved watching him - I was devastated when he left. Never forget the header at spurs in the cup.

1.) 14 Jan 2019 12:47:50
2star guardia reporter says no mention of keane joining him although guppy looks to be involved.

Slightly harsh but if we have replacements let him go. Hope Keane does come because that man defo knew how to play as a makeshift centre half and knows the position. I still believe centre half and right back is our soft under belly - needs sorting

The academy will cost a lot to run but I’d say the 20 million from Brereton and burke has created a decent profit. Not exactly tearing things up right now are they? In fact other Morgan (who we had years of football from) are there any released or sold academy players who’ve had glittering careers ? I don’t know the answer to that question , it’s a question not a statement.
