I can't help but feel happy that we have a player suspended. Not sure it's ever happened before but I can't help it.
Let's hope whoever is picked shows how to defend.
I agree with other posts calling for two or three changes.
If we lose today and then to the sheep I think team selection may become someone else's problem.

At the start of the season I was asking for patience as we are a work in progress. Trouble is no progress is being made! We are dropping like a stone and seem to be pretty clueless on the pitch.
I think (and it really pains me to say it) but the Breadman should go.
We need someone who can use his loaf, come up with the ingredients for being able to adapt and even though they will need the odd slice of luck along the way change our fortunes before we are toast!

saturday will be a similar score. but a definate loss.

2.) 26 Sep 2017 21:55:02
It's a pita we ain't got any decent defenders as we desperately knead some. Mills made a right bloomer conceding that free kick. Our season is already looking brown bread.

3.) 26 Sep 2017 22:00:24
I was only able to read the Forest websites text but it came across as we created plenty of chances, our problem as usual was defensively, a set piece yet again. We have too often have fallen foul of players concentration levels not being good enough, no manager can stop players being unable to concentrate. Even if Warburton had brought in defenders first they would have to had form an understanding which takes time, and how much would they have cost to bring in. Our defence definitely need to be given longer training sessions sort out the set piece problem.

4.) 26 Sep 2017 22:22:10
Our loaf needs kneading quite bit more, and to prove a lot longer in order to get the best results. Another loss has some ordering the sourdough, rather than the Tiger loaf, maybe they are afraid to bide their time so the team is able to hunt their prey, and can tear and share among their family.

5.) 26 Sep 2017 22:27:10
I like it Fred and agree to an extent but the lad who was allowed to run the length of the pitch would have scored in any case had mills not have walloped him

6.) 26 Sep 2017 22:51:47
Last season it was all the managers fault even tho his hands were tied yet the season it's the players?hows that then?

7.) 26 Sep 2017 23:04:57
Mills plays like he's got a loaf of bread on each foot instead of boots.

8.) 26 Sep 2017 23:31:11
UTF. When the team is losing, the players should always have to take some of the blame. Yes Warburton's system is hard for the players to adapt to but losing concentration in dangerous areas and being out of position is unprofessional.

Fair point Redfin. Only problem with that mentality is you don't get better than what you have if you don't spend more! Football players are no different to any other commodity!

Reports saying the sheep are looking at Ledley on a free transfer. Why aren't we?!
Would be a great addition.

Maybe the manager doesn't rate him, maybe he knows something we don't, maybe all other managers of clubs beloow us also don't rate him/ know something, maybe he wants too much money, maybe we've got enough midfielders already, who knows.

2.) 19 Sep 2017 09:14:02
That's "Definately a lot of Maybes!!!"🎸🎸🎸

3.) 19 Sep 2017 12:09:29
Wages? MW has already stated he doesn't want to break the unity of the squad by bringing in a player on loads more than everyone else.

4.) 19 Sep 2017 16:16:06
Rogie it would be good if Ledley could be here now?

5.) 19 Sep 2017 18:22:20
Think he would be a good addition. only one problem. he's on a big wedge.💰💰💰

6.) 19 Sep 2017 20:40:36
Didn't think he had a club?

02 Sep 2017 07:12:51
Personally I also think we have enough midfielders however are we going to have another season where Cohen is injured most of the time and Vaughan could be very similar. I love both players but if they are not playing (and with Cohen we have to look at the last few seasons) then I think getting cover via a free transfer would be sensible. I would go for Ledley.
Re CB if Bassong us available he is worth taking, again good cover and better than some we have plus what will we get playing time from Hobbs? Very much like Cohen, good when fit but how often is that?

Big Jack is fit now and just the centre back we've been looking for to plug the leaky defence. He should be getting game time as when fit, he is the best centre back at the club. Big, strong, commanding and no nonsense. Head it, kick it and can play the game as well. They say he's on big money, well let him earn it then! He'd be my starting choice before Mills everyday of the week.

2.) 02 Sep 2017 10:16:23
Totally agree Hobbs is fit should start either with Manchienne or if back 3 with worrell aswel.
If he plays then is out injured again.
At least we know he's done. Seeing him on bench is frustrating when mills is playing.
If Cohen is struggling I'd bring ledley in on a free.
If wages were right.

3.) 02 Sep 2017 15:48:35
Not a chance hope I'm wrong but matt mills is MW love child ,sorry but true he rates mulls all I can say he must be superb in training cause he's shire on match day

4.) 02 Sep 2017 17:22:17
Totally agree, Don't know how mill is still pulling on our beloved shirt. Out of position constantly and basically out of his depth league 1/2 more his level and has been for at least 3 seasons now.

5.) 02 Sep 2017 19:19:11
If you've read my posts about mills obviously not a fan but if I'm honest I've nothing against the lad I jus feel he ain't good enough I've watched him time and time again he's rubbish div 1 at best

6.) 02 Sep 2017 21:50:25
I hadn't noticed 66🤔🤔
To be fair I really think you will find no matter what combination we use,we'll concede.
Warbo puts more emphasis on attack and playing to feet, don't think he's got much of an idea when it comes to defending.
Good entertainment on the whole though

7.) 03 Sep 2017 08:20:08
True 79 if we keep entertaining as we have done I'd be happy just to keep picking points up obviously Leeds where very well organised and tbh we wasn't at our best but I'd still like to see another Centre half and a left back I think then we wouldn't be far away at the end of the season I'd also rotate Murphy, Cummings, bereton, and the unfortunate velious

Irvine would be a good addition. I like the sound of Galloway too. Re our prize asset I think (along with others) that we should put a price on to see how serious the likes of Burnley and Boro are. Let's say offers under £20m will be immediately rejected.

I don't want to see Britt go. I think he can make the difference in a very competitive league. That said he needs to stay fit all season and hasn't managed that for us yet. I think Bamford is a proven goal scorer at championship level and Leadbitter has a lot to offer. Those two plus £15m would be good business.
