With all the rumours regarding a new manager, why shouldn't we approach someone in a job? After all managers that are out of work are out of work for a reason. Personally I would like to see forest approach Dean Smith at Brentford. A manager who finds club like ours hard to turn down.

Compensation basically.
We sack one manager have to pay him and his staff for the remainder of their contracts and to pay compo on top for someone's manager is a double whammy.
