Why is it that - apparently - Aston Villa can attract Tammy Abraham, but not us? Surely with the players we have Forest would be a better move? Disappointed if that turns out to be the case. I know it's more likely a money thing with Forest, but Abraham would have been ideal to help with a promo push.

Could be money but also bigger crowds as well bigger ground could be a factor.

Villa were play-off finalists last year, us, no were near. If you were being impartial who would you choose as a better chance of promotion?

I think we're still very much an unknown right now in terms of challenging, but agree, he would have been a great addition.

Probably end up with "Colonel" Abraham's!!! 🎶🎶🎶😂😂😂

McGosthy, due to years of constant failure and mismanagement of the club our status of being the pride of the Midlands is a distant memory. Stoke, villa, Derby, wolves, Leicester and WBA have more appeal and clout. As hard is it is to stomach it’s a reality, you have to Denver our success happened before today’s players were even born, during their lives we’ve been struggling in the championship, relegated and to be blunt a bit of a joke at times too.

Fair enough lol

Well Brucey has a better track record as a defender turned manager and a bigger budget?

I know YouTube isn't always a marker, but Ansafarid(?) looks to have some skill and certainly an eye for the back of the net. And he's highly thought of by a lot of peeps.

Not sure you can drop Geddy after one below par performance. He's often been pivotal in our matches. and certainly provides a driving force and not without some creativity in passing at times. But whatever your formation, we have to drop Watson totally. He's had his day, he's a very real liability.

What the hell are you talking about Sutton_red85? Byram is a class act and was just finding his feet. Mast nigh (Newcastle) he was class. I'd much prefer him than Darikwa any day of the year.

Brereton has had plenty of opportunity to show what he's all about. but personally for me I was fed up off his runs ending in an awful pass/wrong option, or getting pushed off the ball or simply tackled. Or smashing straight down the keeper's throat. Fair enough if it is a loan, but not too bothered if it isn't.

Not sure £12m. bit steep, considering he isn't really proven that much. £9.5m and we must consider it, that's assuming we are interested in selling (not saying we are, of course!).

Mickn. you used a phrase in your post that actually neutralised what you were moaning at; it's your choice. 😄

I watched the game on SS and have to say that the performance really was attrocious. It's one of those games where you're constantly rolling eyes, shaking you're head, and shouting at the TV 'what the hell was that' or 'someone tackle him, then!!'
