1.) 03 Jul 2016 19:22:21

2.) 03 Jul 2016 19:43:56

3.) 03 Jul 2016 20:22:55
Thats great to hear just got to run it by birtles and burnsey happy days just saying.

4.) 03 Jul 2016 20:25:19
His profile on google says he is a centre back at FOREST😕.

5.) 03 Jul 2016 20:34:51
Deal was done yesterday, lis just awaiting fa approval.

6.) 04 Jul 2016 14:11:00
Will He be allowed to play against the SHEEP.

7.) 04 Jul 2016 18:03:04
Do they have sheep hurders in Holland.

8.) 05 Jul 2016 20:34:04
Don't Know about sheep herders but will he pull the wool over their eyes.

12 May 2016 17:35:03
Front page of a newspaper close to olympiakis saying marinakis is buying major share in NFFC

Deal as good as done.

1.) 12 May 2016 18:01:18
Apparantly 80% share.

2.) 12 May 2016 18:25:28
Please please please let Pavarotti buy in at the side of Coco. 80% would be wonderful and would mean a football owner with experience gets to pick the next manager.

No wonder Fawaz doesn't know who the manager is yet. lol.

3.) 12 May 2016 19:18:22
Pavarotti is dead.

4.) 12 May 2016 20:50:44
could be good deal for forest. We can then get first pick on there players. just like Watford did when there owner took over.

5.) 12 May 2016 21:45:32
Well Evangelis does apparently have a degree in Business Admin and international relations and experience of running a successful club. Fawaz means well, but think even he knows he needs this. Can't be worse than Fawaz surely. Big summer of changes if it happens, as ever some we will like and some we won't.

6.) 12 May 2016 22:54:46
Pavarotti is dead?

You obviously haven't seen a pic of the Greek fella!

7.) 12 May 2016 23:03:09
What newspaper?

8.) 12 May 2016 23:09:00
I suspect our two clubs will swap players when it suits for financial reasons, and to get poorly performing highly paid players back in the shop window.

Wouldn't surprise me if we bought players on Olmypiakos behalf and loaned them out, paying the wages through Nottingham forest to avoid tax.

The taxes in Greece are Crazy high. 80% or something. lol

To put this into context.

this is what Ronaldo is paid and what the club have top pay in tax to be able to clear the wages he commands.

Salary: £200,000 a week

Top rate tax: 52%

Salary after tax: £96,000 a week

Reports suggest Ronaldo is on £280,000 a week - AFTER tax, meaning his gross salary is upwards of £600,000-a-week.

Now we see a great reason to invest in a failing provincial club.
Millions of pounds of aggregated savings.

Just don't get too excited of we see reports of Forest signing £20 million pound players that never play for the club.

9.) 12 May 2016 23:14:24
Marinakis will have to pass a Football League owners and directors' test, before the deal can go ahead.

If he passes we may need a test for the test. lol.

10.) 12 May 2016 23:17:59
Wonder what Fawaz will feel like when everyone's chanting Mario Mario Mario and he's sat in the back of the stand holding his coat tails?

Can't see him lasting two minutes once someone serious enters the boardroom?

Change can't come quickly enough.

11.) 12 May 2016 23:52:33
This all makes sense about Evans being our next manager
We need a manager who knows how to fix contracts so we pay less tax, How about we get Billys brother in law back as a investment advisor as well.

12.) 13 May 2016 06:37:17
This Guy to be majority share holder but Fawaz to remain as chairman is the story I read so why so many saying bye bye Fawaz?

13.) 13 May 2016 09:28:55
Cannot be bothered about ownership until "the fat lady (man) sings!

14.) 13 May 2016 12:24:46
Thanks for the figures again No22 :)

15.) 13 May 2016 12:51:35
My pleasure.

Here's a good one.

It costs PSG 40 odd million a season in tax alone to get Ibrahimovich £11 million in take home pay. lol

Apart from the signing savings I talked of earlier it could also happen that a player from Olymipakos who is on top money over there comes here to play when he's injured.

No point paying for a player to sit on the bench. Theoretically could be loaned to us in the very next window and could walk on the pitch for 20 mins feign injury and sit on our bench costing a ton less money for the Greek.

Just a thought.

16.) 13 May 2016 13:15:03
No 22 - i'm so glad they're your thoughts and not mine :) I can understand the maths/ figures but you've lost me with the rest of it.

17.) 13 May 2016 18:26:06
Don't know why you "support" "a failing provincial club! ". You have little or nothing, good to say about them? . Negative! Negative! Negative!

18.) 14 May 2016 10:06:06
Or truthful, truthful, truthful.

20 Apr 2016 10:49:31
I see poyets had the bullet for saying he would be leaving AEK at the end of the season.
Wonder where he's going?

1.) 20 Apr 2016 12:53:13
Bonus for him if he gets paid off then.

2.) 20 Apr 2016 13:25:14
Would also mean no compo payments for future employer.

3.) 20 Apr 2016 19:10:26
Don't want him at Forest.

4.) 20 Apr 2016 19:36:21
Lars Bohinen simply states that ‘’ It will be very exciting to see what happens at NFFC in the summer’’.

5.) 21 Apr 2016 12:13:50
So Poyet revealed he wouldn't be renewing his contract live on tv without telling anyone and just hours before his side were due to play an important semi final.

What a guy.

Why would anyone want poyet?

6.) 21 Apr 2016 15:09:32
He actually had already discussed it with the owner that he planed on leaving but I agree it wasn't the best timing and manner to do it.

It does make me laugh he is getting slated and he hasn't even joined us, if indeed he ever does.

He did the business with Brighton to the playoffs. not a bad shout.

7.) 21 Apr 2016 16:46:13
No to poyet ginger 😀😀😀.

8.) 21 Apr 2016 20:26:16
lol, ok. I'm sure if he does you'll be behind him 100% though eh:)

06 Apr 2016 18:03:48
Williams is quitting?

1.) 06 Apr 2016 18:09:41
Apparantly due to a certain owners interference?

2.) 06 Apr 2016 18:39:45
Wouldn't you lot interfere if he picked a crap team?

3.) 06 Apr 2016 18:43:06
Managers should stand up for themselves and tell the owner to do one if they had any guts or confidence in there abilities. While Fawaz is the owner this wil allways happen he thinks Forest is a hobby, i hope a buyer comes forward soon 😢.

4.) 06 Apr 2016 19:25:35
The Williams quoting fawaz interfering rumour was printed in a well known red top newspaper.

Need I say anymore.

5.) 06 Apr 2016 22:46:44
Correct! Why read that red top bunkum paper better used on fish and chips! lol.

6.) 06 Apr 2016 23:19:32
The interference seems to work for Vincent Tan?
What's wrong with telling the players to shoot on sight instead of playing spreadsheet football?

7.) 07 Apr 2016 06:17:49
Tan writes off debts too bet fawaz doesnt.

8.) 07 Apr 2016 11:42:37
Here's an idea fawaz has is coaching badges why not make himself manager so he can sack himself.

24 Mar 2016 14:52:18
That serbian bloke reckons he's held face to face talks with fawaz.

Why won't fawaz go with someone already proven?

Hes clueless.

1.) 24 Mar 2016 17:59:30
I would hope all prospective applicants would have a face to face interview with the owner. How is this clueless?

2.) 24 Mar 2016 18:19:55
Cos he's not even a manager. I call that clueless don't you?

How much does fawaz think we are going to take before the protests begin?

3.) 24 Mar 2016 18:32:20
NFFC1973: Clueless leading the clueless?

4.) 24 Mar 2016 19:19:30
You said it.

5.) 24 Mar 2016 20:25:43

Davies, and the Ex Glasgow Rangers manager were proven, they did not get us to the promise land.

6.) 24 Mar 2016 21:22:12
Nice to know some of the experts on here have already hung, drawn and quartered a man who hasn't even got the job yet. Clueless.

7.) 24 Mar 2016 22:37:40
That's what they should of done with dougie IBM hung drawn and quartered ☺.

8.) 25 Mar 2016 16:48:24
Think you made that job your own skegs.

08 Oct 2016 14:57:46
Fuzzy has sacked our director of football PP.
Why doesn't he sack himself and go and ruin someone elses club.

1.) 08 Oct 2016 15:25:03
Who said he sacked him? all I see is that he has left. there's a big difference with leaving and getting sacked. lol.

2.) 08 Oct 2016 16:28:40
So he's resigned then not been sacked.

3.) 08 Oct 2016 19:13:05
So resigned makes it ok then.

06 Oct 2016 22:19:37
Not only are sky messing with our fixrures they are also staging our first night test match in cricket totally wrong.
They also give us rubbish boxing and make out AJ is great.
I say #fawazout #sky****off #nffc.

1.) 07 Oct 2016 03:48:26
They wear pyjamas in cricket so it is appropriate.

2.) 07 Oct 2016 08:39:37
The man who pays the piper calls the tune.

3.) 07 Oct 2016 17:25:54
AJ is a 26yo World Heavyweight Champion. I'm not sure what your definition of 'great' is but it's pretty impressive if we're being fair.

I always enjoy the boxing on Sky. I'll be watching Ricky Burns tonight and cheering on another British World Champion. British boxing is in a great place at the minute and it certainly beats watching the dross by the river.

01 Oct 2016 16:46:57
5 things were inevitable today before the game
1 monty would make changes
2 we wouldn't keep a clean sheet
3 paterson would score
4 we wouldn't win
5 i'd still be moaning about fawaz

1.) 01 Oct 2016 16:56:15
Bring back Dougie Freedman.

2.) 01 Oct 2016 17:04:22
1 sod all to do with fawaz
2 sod all to do with fawaz
3 sod all to do with fawaz
4 sod all to do with fawaz
5 again sod all to do with fawaz.
And before you say fawaz sold paterson monty told him he couldn't gaurntee him 1st team footy so paterson decided to move.
So it's seems like your moaning just for the sake of it.

3.) 01 Oct 2016 17:15:32
If what you say is true, why has Hobbs not had a game?

4.) 01 Oct 2016 17:18:42
That shower of rubbish squad we have is down to fawaz and all the feebies he has signed while selling our best players
If you can't see that he's is to blame then god help you.

5.) 01 Oct 2016 17:37:42
Totally agree 1973 but until someone comes in there's nothing we can do just watch our once great Nottingham forest slip down the pan.

6.) 01 Oct 2016 17:37:46
It's ALL to do with him.
1 he is the owner and therefore responsible
2 he appoints the manager
3 he oversees sales and procurement of players
4 he is responsible for the clubs infrastructure
5 he was responsible for embargo

What else do you need. See the light man!

7.) 01 Oct 2016 17:43:55
Agreed skegs.
Think a few protests wouldn't go a miss though.

8.) 01 Oct 2016 18:11:14
HOBBS isn't fit enough to keep up with PMs training methods so doesn't get in to squad.

9.) 01 Oct 2016 20:29:45
Uptheforest if i remember right wasnt patterson loaned out by our last manager who thought to he wasnt good enough and pm gave him a second chance and still wasnt good enough.

01 Oct 2016 16:29:26
This is shambolic now monty. You ain't got a clue on how to keep a lead.
Game over again

1.) 01 Oct 2016 16:45:08
Don't blame the manager, the players have no back bone. Should be ashamed.

2.) 01 Oct 2016 16:59:28
Horrendous error from Lansbury turned the game but have to agree Montanier doesn't have a clue regarding our defensive shape and seems slow to respond with subs when the game starts getting away from us.
I said a few weeks ago we can expect to be on the wrong end of a lot of 2-1 scorelines. Teams just aren't afraid to go 1-0 down to us.
Make no mistake we are rellegation fodder as defensively we are woeful.

3.) 01 Oct 2016 17:04:34
Gazzared of course it's the managers fault, he should make sure the back 4 are playing together every match where possible, i will admit it was Lansbury, s fault for there first goal, but we were all over the place for there second, i think this league is far different than PM is used to. I wonder how long he will last after the break, i know it is early days but i see a relegation battle ahead unless he sees sense about our back four😎😞.

4.) 01 Oct 2016 17:40:45
Oj - it wasn't PM fault perquis had to come off and mancienne is injured. In the first half the defence looked solid. People keep banging on about PM changing things too much but a lot of the changes are forced. The players aren't up to it. Same old story, individuals letting the team down. Lansbury turns up a couple of games a season and thinks he warrants a new contract at 30k a week.

5.) 01 Oct 2016 18:12:32
*^ PINILLOS too.

27 Sep 2016 20:56:25
I fawaz doesn't get out of our club soon we are going back to league one

1.) 27 Sep 2016 22:15:23
NFFC1973. Spot on mate. But our defence is playing more like a league 2 team! This is worse than under Freedman! His football was boring but the defence was mostly solid!
