Just been on the Beeb, jack Hobbs is out for 3-4 weeks.
He will be missed.

Nc111

1.) It always seems that Hobbs, Wilson, Reid and Cohen have injury problems. In future when Forest are allowed to buy players is to check their antecedents with regard to their previous injuries.

2.) It was Freedman on the local Radio, he said he has been playing 3 games a week and it is too many games for him and has pulled his hamstring. Add Vaughan tptghe list

Blackpool's cabbage patch of a pitch wouldn't have helped. Must be getting near to Riera time.

4.) Some of these players are on loads of bucks and whinge when they have to play several matches in a short space of time. When I was in my prime ie 1967 I played 3 matches over a weekend and never trained. Also I had to pay for playing.

5.) Apparently Riera lacks pace. Probably why Barcelona let him go.

6.) 18 Feb 2015 09:04:08
Only think Hobbs had Injury problems before joining Forest so checking them for previous injuries isn't really going to help.

Lack of pace isn't a major problem as Hobbs doesn't have any pace but neither does John Terry. If you can read the game you make up for that lack of Pace. Think Reira may get chance next season.

7.) 18 Feb 2015 17:18:30
He was also barca youth captain and there was a lot of people shocked when he was let go and he had a fair few offers, but don't think he will he a first team chance before Laing

Don't think there's many clubs that wouldn't buy aguero if they could afford him.

Need to keep Lansbury, one of our better, creative players. We are not getting the best from him as he is sitting too deep.
He would look great in an top attacking championship team. Has potent to score goals and create.

indeed - playing in a negative format in a role that prevents him shining.

yet rather than throwing his toys out the pram like many would, he's working hard every game doing what his manager is asking of him and playing for the team even though it's not making him stand out in the championship - a league we he is clearly one of the more talented players.

yet still there is a stream of negativity about our players. when they play for the manager as the manager asks we criticise. when they play their own way because the managers tactics are no progressive, they are not playing for the manager and are a disgrace.

quite bizarre.

11 Peter Ried's might prosper and shine with these tactics.

give the lad a break he's doing what he's asked to do and backing his managers strategy.

Lansbury is ineffective as a defensive midfield player. Play him further forward or sell him.

3.) 06 Jan 2016 22:11:02
Now we have Gardner Lansbury can play in the 10 role and start scoring again.

Totally agree, Dunlop 47 said it as we all feel.

Let's face it, they do need to sit down and discuss each and everybody's inept performance. This may unite all as a unit going forward. As far as the person who picks the team, tactics and formation is concerned, sorry but I think, clutching at straws, started when landsbury was played out of position, then confirmed when ince got a second start. Don't know best team or set up.
