Long time reader, first time poster. All over Twitter, Forest have approached Steve "Chunk" Evans, for managers job.

Down the pan we go.

2.) 27 Apr 2016 16:01:51
Forest have denied the approach. Just poor journalism.

3.) 27 Apr 2016 16:32:11
Hope so, he would definitely not be my first choice manager. Although the catering side of things at the city ground would probably improve massively. He looks like he knows his way around a good burger!

4.) 27 Apr 2016 17:50:07
It's someone trying to turn more fans against fawaz that's started the rumour!

5.) 27 Apr 2016 20:59:55
This report smacks of Evans' best mate WMD tactics of stirring the pot for his own agenda. He is trying to flush out a new contract offer from Cellino having made it known that he (Evans) is the best man for the LUFC job. He is now spinning a tale that he has the option of moving to a better club if a contract is not offered by Leeds.

I cannot believe that even Fawaz would so naive as to appoint a man with such a lack of integrity and honesty?

In any event the Forest bench would have to undergo a major upgrade before he could take a seat in the dugout!

6.) 28 Apr 2016 10:41:20
Didn't he call us a poor side when we played them a couple of months ago. let's just stick with going for MON.

NWA mission statement

Ive just had a quick check on my life savings. And after counting it three times, I'm now sure, I have a very healthy £5.30! £5 of which, will be going on tomorrow nights euro millions. When, not if, I win, you will be having a new owner in place very soon. I promise to do all I can, to get this once great club, back in the premiership. Until Britt gets fit, I plan to play myself upfront. Some may say at 44 years old, and being 60 pound over weight, I might be biting off more than I can chew, but I promise, I'll try my very best, to be every bit as good as Andrea Silenzi was. I sincerely hope you'll get behind the new regime. Coyr. # howmuchisitfawaz #NWAboss.

Just got in, been really busy. Have I missed any news today, or is the transfer market still sluggish?

Still in shock, how w&@k the away kit is! I've just woke up, in an embarrassed sweat. My kid asked if he could have it? I replied "Are you for real though"! # daft lad.

Never Wrong A

1.) 29 Jul 2016 06:48:41
I like the new away kit.

2.) 29 Jul 2016 06:48:52
I don't mind it.

Think we were spoilt last year.

3.) 29 Jul 2016 08:43:10
Anyone who likes the away kit, must have some seriously dodgy wardrobes. The only people admitting to liking that shower of shi%ness, are people who share Timmy Mallets taste in clothing. If you do like it, i'd try and keep that in the closet, so to speak.

4.) 29 Jul 2016 11:02:22
Kit is least of our problems 😬.

5.) 29 Jul 2016 11:29:18
Herefortheforest.

Please put things in perspective, although our off field problem's are a bigger cause of concern than the away kit, kit is something that is not cheap to buy.

The new away kit has only been out a short while so people are giving their opinion on it.

Just as you keep giving your opinion on our off field mess, which you are entitled to, but our off field mess has been around for ages, and will be around for ages more.

You have given your opinion many, many times about the subject, and will many, many times more, however the kit topic will fade away quickly.

Your opinion will however continue untill our off field mess is sorted, if it ever does off course.

6.) 29 Jul 2016 12:05:23
Never Wrong, have you saw Norwich's? The funny thing is mate, I have to laugh at most of the players who "model" these kits with their, "we mean business" faces on them, those are particularly funny!

7.) 29 Jul 2016 12:30:04
Yes I will as it won't vanish into thin air until we are administrated or gain some proper investment. Anyway, I don't mind the kit and will probably get one 😎.

8.) 29 Jul 2016 13:08:41
We could probably do with Timmy Mallet. think of the "hammering" we'd give teams! 😀😀😀.

I'll be glad when the new investment is in place, and Fawaz put on a leash, so we can start concentrating on the actual football for a change. It will be interesting if/when Britt comes back, and other injured players, just where we will be, come the winter transfer window. Fawaz's recent antics can't help the manager or the players. We know Fawaz wants the investment, so no need for demonstrations tonight. Be nice to see a decent crowd, getting behind the team. Coyr.

I've met him and he was decent with me. How do you know he's not?

Never Wrong A

{Ed001's Note - ah so you haven't a clue either, that's my point. You talk as if you have intimate knowledge of the guy and his life but you have met him once. So you know nothing but keep trying to claim he is some kind of nice guy because he wasn't a knob on your one meeting. Perhaps you should just drop this decent guy crap and concentrate on the fact that no one or their families should face abuse on social media or anywhere else for that matter.}

Totally agree. Fawaz is a decent bloke, and he and his family don't deserve the constant abuse from mindless trolls. However, there is a widening gap between owner and fans. He's had a fair crack of the whip, over the last 5 years, but as come up way short, were we the fans want to be, and Fawaz himself I'm guessing. His apologies in his interview yesterday, summed this up. Not sure what the future holds, with regards new owners, but the current one is definitely not working. I do wish Fawaz and his family all the best for the future, he's tried, but realised, it's a tough game to be in, with little or no progress in his tenure.

Utf Everybody knows Fawaz is selling, why would fans need to have their voices heard last night by protesting. You are getting your knickers in a twist, over a daft minority, who have been cruel on social media towards him. But, the majority of fans, still want him gone, because of a catalogue of errors due to his bombastic nature. He's like General Custer, to arrogant to realise his mistakes. You seem to have fallen for his charm, and lies like a love struck teenager. Maybe the performance the players put in last night, wasn't for him, but for the loyal fans.

Uptheforest Can't we just enjoy the win for the players, manager and fans. If you're still trying to stick up for Fawaz, you are very much in the minority. We're not always going to agree about everything, but I think we can agree, that was a very good win. Coyr.

Going a bit further back in time. Not sure if David Platt was given enough money to spend. I think one or two more experienced Italian players, and he could of done really well.
