Billy Davies! Unfinished business! Ha.

1.) 24 May 2018 00:48:21
Unfinished business? Motherwell finally got to the Scottish Cup Final despite him!

2.) 25 May 2018 10:11:27
Billy Davies is finished in this business!

07 May 2017 20:48:58
Phew! never in doubt!

So relieved and delighted we are confirmed as Championship for next year.

Now need AlHasawi gone, a dreadful tyrant who has decimated OUR club, a new owner, a new structure with CEO, CFO, DOF and stability.

Players to leave, plenty!

Players to join, a few to add quality.

Enjoy the Summer, and
Lets look forward to next season with renewed optimism.

17 Apr 2017 09:57:08
Takeover as good as done NEP!

Now where have I heard that before?

1.) 17 Apr 2017 11:09:55
I think it was the red bull deal wasn't it or was that the one in your head?

2.) 17 Apr 2017 16:56:52
There won't be a takeover if we're in the 3rd Division!

3.) 17 Apr 2017 17:42:03
UTF. That single brain cell working overtime for you mate!

RB and JJM both rebuffed by the bafoon who has provided the worst 5 years in my 50 years supporting this great club.

4.) 17 Apr 2017 18:31:45
I hope they are ok running a league one club.

5.) 17 Apr 2017 18:41:02
Long, are they taking over Blackburn.

6.) 17 Apr 2017 20:41:15
Lol. north notts. does it make you feel better saying iv got one brain cell, if it makes you feel better about yourself i will give you permission to keep saying it.
I'm surprised that red bull havnt come back in after showing all that interest earlier in the season.
Seems you like calling people fawaz is a buffoon (correct spelling and meaning) and saying iv got one brain cell.

{Ed003's Note - 'ere we go }

7.) 17 Apr 2017 21:11:08
Haha 1 brain cell gives you too much credit pal.

You constantly disagree with almost everyone and post utter rubbish yourself.

Have you taught yourself the FFP rules yet or do you want me to go through them again?

Bottom line is we are all Forest fans and this shambolic regime has us falling out on forums due to the dire state this owner has created.

8.) 17 Apr 2017 21:29:11
Don't mention foxes Edd

{Ed003's Note - Eh ? }

9.) 17 Apr 2017 22:00:40
Yea teach me them again north Notts I want to understand how we spent on January when we should of been in an embargo.

10.) 18 Apr 2017 11:26:31
Here we go, were the championships Arsenal all fans fighting lol.

12 Mar 2017 22:25:41
McClaren sacking is worst thing possible before Saturday.

They will have Rowett as manager by then.

1.) 13 Mar 2017 08:56:33
The McClaren sacking has come back to haunt us, this is sending us to Division 1. They will have a top class Manager in this week, they are not giving the Assistant Chris Powell the job, all his backroom staff have gone.

2.) 13 Mar 2017 12:52:45
Rowet getting the job will have no bearing on Saturday result he will not have had time to get his way of playing accross by then he's a manager not a magician
They'vehad ex England Manager twice ex real Madrid assistant, a manager who can get promotion and now they banking on a man whoes got very average players at brum to play above their station. good luck with that one sheep
All I'm concerned about is Cohen being fit and he picks right team and not playing out of position.

3.) 13 Mar 2017 22:52:26
I feel like a jobsworth saying it but it needs to be said as the gravity of the situation is dire. we are not going to be relegated to Division 1 (the Premier League), we are going to be relegated to Division 3 (League One) - obviously there is still time for us to avoid relegation.
We are however (already) the only European club competition champions ever to be relegated to their domestic third tier already. so nothing new.

13 Jan 2017 23:18:26
It appears the American consortium drastically reduced the offer price based on the fan base turning on the owner and them feeling he had nowhere to go. His ego wouldn't let him sell for £25m which was their revised offer.

Can't blame the Americans. This is business at the end of the day, only ourselves are supporters. If he sells all the assets of the club including players, and land holdings he would not raise £25m. He either has to start funding the club or find a new owner or sell everything and get us relegated.

1.) 14 Jan 2017 00:11:58
I reckon that's about the gist of the matter?

2.) 14 Jan 2017 00:16:04
We could all see this coming, some people have been worried from day one and sceptical about why anyone would entertain buying into the club-and that's without even thinking about the damage being caused by fawaz's lack of money and behaviour. Some people think a protest will miraculously make fawaz disappear and new owners jump out from the woodwork.

I'm not so sure, there was no queue of buyers last time and we are less attractive now. I can see our downward spiral continuing with fawaz just trying to get as much cash out as he can and ultimately the club crumbling. I really hope I'm wrong but I just can't see why anyone would invest in the club, let alone buy someone else out. We are struggling big time and I'm genuinely worried for our future.

3.) 14 Jan 2017 00:20:12
Also it was £50 million back around nov and dec so before we were two points off relegation, before we're about to lose lansbury, and with performances on the pitch and the deadweights in the team, it's no wonder the value of the club has gone down. But to £25 mill that is quite a reduction if true. problem is who is going to buy it for more now, Fawaz?

4.) 14 Jan 2017 07:12:51
£50m was availiable and in the bank on 22nd December ready for Fawaz's signature and he went silent on them. This is still his making!

5.) 14 Jan 2017 08:02:52
Derby, Leicester, Notts and every team in the championship are crying with laughter at us! We're like a monty python sketch! An ex parrot maybe! No longer a football club, more a farse!

6.) 14 Jan 2017 08:17:40
At the end of the day, the Americans had the deal set in place last month ready to go, Fawaz has constantly been dodging signing for whatever reason. Now the club is in a much worse place than where it was when the original £50m was agreed.

the Americans must be sick of Fawaz constantly moving the goalposts then when they did it to Fawaz he pulled the plug. Realistically I don't think Fawaz wants to sell, but he wants to make it look like he's trying.

People are saying about the Americans falling through on 3 takeover attempts with clubs, but now Fawaz has fallen through on a Greek sale, a possible sale to Red Bull and now this one.

I've tried to stay positive until the takeover was done, but now this has fallen through I really fear for our club. It can be a slippery slope from here, just look at teams like Blackpool.

The two Portuguese boys from Benfica B look good. Most likely loans but could be permanent.

1.) 02 Jun 2018 13:56:55
Goncalves - he is one of the two we are linked with. Seen him play a couple of times for Benficas first team this year and he looks like a very good player. Would be a great signing if he can adapt to the league

2.) 02 Jun 2018 16:45:40
How old are they?

3.) 02 Jun 2018 17:13:30
First time poster here I think they are both 21

You sure there not over 30?thats all we are buying so doubt there under 30

10.) 02 Jun 2018 20:11:50
Last time I checked figs was 24 now linked with two 21 year olds ak is clearly looking for a mixture think it's time to drop this age thing now and just be positive supporters moan were trying to buy "old men" then when it looks like we're signing some younger players the same comments come out seems some fans just want ak to fail no matter what.

11.) 02 Jun 2018 20:54:01
I’m being sarcastic Towards the warbo lovers karanka haters james 😉

12.) 02 Jun 2018 23:22:00
Red James nobody wants a forest manager to fail lol that's just stupid maybe prove some fans wrong but never fail were all forest fans

13.) 02 Jun 2018 23:47:41
Shame you need to explain Sutton??😂😂😂

14.) 02 Jun 2018 23:57:43
Wow Sutton or are you Mr karanka 😆 lol there is no Warbo lovers there's only some fans that didn't think he had the time but hey karanka is catching up with that time now and he's had plenty of help from the man above and as far as I've seen so far done nothing so let's see 😆

15.) 03 Jun 2018 00:29:46
Weve signed a Portuguese youngster before who played for benfica B,
He looked good as well????

16.) 03 Jun 2018 00:47:33
Red James, I think Sutton has just reeled you in. Hook , line and sinker!

17.) 03 Jun 2018 02:09:51

14 May 2018 21:46:55
Are we watching are we watching are we watching NOTINGHAM?!

07 May 2018 22:19:07
D Day tomorrow apparently. hopefully Goodbye to plenty. here is my exit list of out of contract and some in contact players.

If we going to compete this lot are not good enough.

Clough (maybe)

1.) 08 May 2018 04:36:22
Smith needs to be loaned out till January.

Lichaj is a good squad player unless the manager brings in plenty of defenders.

Ariyiby should be given a chance in pre season, we need pace, he has it,and with no pressure of points needed see if he can learn what the manager wants him to do.

Clough and McKay have the talent but need to get in the gym to build themselves up a bit, again loaned out till January.

2.) 08 May 2018 06:14:51
Blimey NNR - that’s ruthless- but I think you’re right do much money wasted on dross. How clough have cost 3 million ?

3.) 08 May 2018 06:16:48
Almost 2 starting 11’s that aren’t good enough - that’s very worrying .
By the way if they all do one who does that leave

4.) 08 May 2018 07:28:32
Darikwa is not on your exit list. Has he improved????

5.) 08 May 2018 07:38:13
Will Yates be in, around the first team next season.

6.) 08 May 2018 10:51:31
Missed Darikwa Rutland. He should be included also. Accept some may get loaned out.

7.) 08 May 2018 13:11:43
Lol north Notts red you forgot to add karanka to that list 😆

26 Apr 2018 22:32:29
Dawson 35
Marney 35
Guedioura 33
Watson 33
Murphy 35

We will have plenty of legs next season! Not!

Warburton May have focused too much on youth but Karanka will destroy the advancement of the academy when he signs the geriatric brigade for next season.

1.) 26 Apr 2018 22:40:37
Silly. We need players with positive Championship experience who can help guide our youngsters it's just a question of who they are and what quality they are. We don't want journeymen but people who believe in the club and won't break the bank. The youngsters will be brought on and developed in the club. Either you trust the manager or you don't, or you are just bored and write anything that comes into your head without evidence.

2.) 26 Apr 2018 22:52:13
Or maybe they’ll prosper by being gradually integrated. And better still we can enjoy watching the ones who are ready and know that the ones that aren’t won’t have their confidence destroyed week after week. This season has been poor and should never be repeated. Playing Smith, McKay, Worrall, Cash, Dowell and Brereton, with clough and Cummings and Walker on the bench was fast tracking us to league 1 - ridiculous !

3.) 26 Apr 2018 22:56:05
If you add
Fox 31
Eric 30
Pants 35
Tomlin 30 he will sign him.
Manciene 30
It's going to be a very ageing squad with no thought for the future.
That is a cert.

4.) 26 Apr 2018 23:18:20
All the young players who have been around the squad will be there next season . If one is sold then another will get their chance. Osborn, Cash, bridcutt and lolley will redress the balance. A new left back in their mid twenties and a forward of a similar age gives us great balance. I really can’t get the obsession with watching frightened naive rabbits running around in the head lights every week.

5.) 27 Apr 2018 00:29:37
As our own Steve Hodge said. We have a good manager who knows the league and its requirements for success. Trust the manager, his words not mine. Although I do happen to agree with him.

6.) 27 Apr 2018 02:16:34
Here Ff79,they look like my measurements. about 20 yrs ago!! 😂😂😂

7.) 27 Apr 2018 07:48:20
Hodge has to say nice things about the manager on radio,If you don't like Larry didn't then he won't be there long😉😉

8.) 27 Apr 2018 10:13:29
We need a mixture of young and experienced players not pensioners else we're going to be buying 11 new players every transfer window it's all paper talk at the minute so we will see will be interesting to see who he signs.

9.) 27 Apr 2018 10:14:02
Rubbish is being spouted about the age of the squad - We have seen how having a team of youngsters falls short without experienced heads? Everyone has been crying about not having a McKenna or two. Even he who will not be mentioned packed his squad with senior experienced players.

Now like Cardiff, Boro and Villa we have a few and still you are not happy? Our best performers over the season have been Pants, Watson, Eric and Fox!

We need horses for courses to get out of this league on a limited budget whatever their ages!

10.) 27 Apr 2018 13:56:57
79, i see you at it again playing devil's advocate.

Eric may not be around next season and if he is the manager only seems to see him as a squad player.

Mancienne falls into the same category, even losing his captaincy role when he plays.

Tomlin might not be with us next season as he understandably wants to play at a higher level.

Pants as you like to call him is a goalkeeper, at 35 he has five good years left in him.

11.) 27 Apr 2018 22:29:29
👺👺👺 me???.
Five good years left in him?? Oh dear now ibam worried.😭😭😭

12.) 28 Apr 2018 11:07:14
For starters guys pants is 31 only turned 31 in February and English football is the only place that your Considered over the hill once you reach 30 which I think is total rubbish players are fitter then ever these days

13.) 28 Apr 2018 11:38:35
Redmarsh, fitter? I would say more fragile. There use to be some terrible tackles in the old days but i do not remember so many injuries.

10 Feb 2018 20:26:52
Last scored a league goal at home?
December 9th!

At least Warburton had plan A. Youth and style and formation and was heading for mid table. Which the hierarchy said was this seasons target.

This bloke seems to have no plan. No style. And worse still has signed a load of aged high paid rubbish.
Tomlin looks so heavy he could turn out for the wagon and horses on Sun morning and wouldn't look out of place.

1.) 10 Feb 2018 21:35:46
North Notts never a truer word spoken and I don't care how many thumbs down I get cus I collect them.
He's come in upset the whole club and you can add Eric to that today.
He has no man management skills and belongs in a casino gambling with our future by placing it on dole queue footballers.

Shocking to watch and very obvious he's lost the dressing room.
Warnock said it all about tomlin and yet Karanka got a soft spot for him?
Owners have made a bad decision should have let things run and stability like they promised.
All I see now is league one.

2.) 11 Feb 2018 00:27:47

£4m is a lot of money for a one season wonder at a lower level.

It is in my opinion anyway.

However I look forward to us making signings and the two who Wolves tried to sign last year who we are now linked with Forest and are clients of Mendes excite me the most. If they are anywhere near Neves and Jota quality then we will be a serious force next season.
20/1 to win the league and 13/2 to be promoted.
