Not sure what to make of this latest mess, whilst I am not sure he is the man for the job he has been working with one hand if not two tied behind his back.
We seem to be failing hopelessly in the final third, which ever forward combination DF keeps trying they are at best poor, loads of effort but woeful when the odd chance appears.
I also think the number of changes before each game are not allowing players to get used to the way others okay around them.
So what's the answer, no idea other than I think a change of manager may help, as will those players returning from injury.

Really frustrated with things this season, DF seems content with abject performances the latest offering against Cardiff being a case in point apart from a rousing last 10 minutes very poor 4-5-1 at home is hopeless. With falling attendances, yet another dour Scot in charge, clueless management I see a most unfitting end to our 150 anniversary season relegation. Let's just give the kids a chance to shine and at least provide some fight and honour to the badge and get rid of the uncaring over paid mercenaries

You can only play 1 up front when you only have 1 !! all our other forwards aren't fit if Blackstock had been 100% I'm sure he would have started

Remember when DF first took over and was shooting for the playoffs?
We played football then!
Injuries, uncertainty, bad running of the club have all contributed to our fall. Worst of all having no fit strikers means you have to play defensively.
Take out a couple of captains, a star striker and a few want away players and even you would be struggling to make this team win.

We do have another fit striker but he's been shipped out on loan which was a banging idea by dougie.he moans about how hard it is to get players in under this situation then ships him out on loan to replace him with Taylor!good thinking there dougie

uptheforest i could not have put it better myself. paul taylor is total pants like a poor version of simon cox as it goes this taylor guy makes simon cox world class i know we are under an embargo but df could have got better than this

I am getting very frustrated with being linked to so many players. Please, please let's just get some non injured players signed who want to play football and not just sit and collect their wages.
Landsbury ought to be allowed to leave never really fulfilled his potential week in week out, same with Patterson DF keeps talking about giving the kids a chance let's just do it.

Is the Garry Parker who is to join Neil Lennon at Bolton a first team coach the same Garry Parker who used to play for the Reds ?
1.) It is the same Garry Parker who used to play for us. They knew each other from playing together at Leicester

Tomorrow is the start of my 53rd season as a true red, my first game was September 11th 1961 a 4-1 victory over Gillingham in the cup.
I think this season I am more optimistic than many previous seasons, think Fawaz and SP will get the job done.
The recent comings and goings show the commitment Fawaz has too the club, so onwards and upwards COYR

3.) This will be my 58th season watching Forest. I will be there Saturday although it gets more difficult watching them as I live a long way away from Nottingham now. Due to where I live I will probably go to more Forest away games. During this time Forest have got through a great deal of managers, and if SP is as successful as Cloughie and Billy Walker then I will be more than happy.
I think he did an excellent job at Villa under very difficult circumstances those being that the villa owner Randy Lerner (spelling?) was and still is trying to sell the club. Think he would make an excellent CEO and I think is SP choice

Think we are getting into a panic a bit too early we still have JL and KD's services all season, if Hobbs and MM both fit can't see JL getting a game.
Selling Landsbury would be a loss but you can't blame him for also wanting PL football, if you get offered more money in any job you would be a fool not to take it don't forget footballers will always go where the money is not because they like the club or fans
Why the rush to sell JL and KD if the sponsorship deal is to be announced any time now, perhaps it's smoke and mirrors COYR

O'Grady, Olivera, Trotter, Williams I am sure we have better young players who could do better than the four I have mentioned but need to be given a chance?
I am 62 with dodgy knees but am quicker than Trottter and O'Grady, both past their best would like to see Oliver Burke and Ben Osbourn given an extended run in the team.
Not sure about Mendez either his final ball is awful no end product.
We are crying out for a goal scorer with Britt and Fryatt still a long way off we need to find one from somewhere Blackstock seems like a great bloke but scoring record not good. There must be a premier league striker warming the subs bench week in week out who could do a job for us.
Need to somehow get in front today and then build on it and not just drop deeper and deeper until the inevitable happens.
I think we need an attacking defensive midfield player who can play in front of the back four, be a ball winner and a creative midfield player and a lethal goal scorer, be our fox in the box, fire in thunderous Physco type free kicks from the half way line, Take corners, and penalties, be a natural leader win every spin of the coin, make the tea,wash the kit, drive the team coach and of course lead by example both on and off the pitch, hm so the hunt goes on COYR
