Derby definitely used the weather as an excuse to call game off they are running scared I agree with everything that Warnock said what a load of sheep rubbish they are!

1.) 19 Mar 2018 07:11:01
They have defo got away with yesterday.i hope they get more injuries over the break.i hope cardiff spank them in the re arranged fixture.
Imagine if it was the other way around!

2.) 19 Mar 2018 13:52:07
In what circumstances are the Football League allowed to pull a team up over a situation like the Derby one.?

3.) 19 Mar 2018 18:37:03
It will make no difference when played as the cream always rises to the top and sheep dung sinks to the bottom!

Never thought I'd be supporting a Neal Warnock team?

07 Mar 2018 12:51:10
Great news regarding the news that we have made a profit thanks to our new owner writing off some £40 Million of debts as well as the club now being run properly.
This must kick out the worry of FFP in to touch I'm not saying we can spend money like water but it surely must give us more financial freedom in the future
Things are moving very fast in the right direction.

1.) 07 Mar 2018 13:35:11
£20m annual operating loss is still a worry so it will be interesting to see what the current wage bill is compared to May 2017?
Only then will you know how many pennies we have to spend on new players and major sales?

2.) 07 Mar 2018 15:01:48
We be right we just fill the team with loanees every season simple and then when karanka gets sacked New manager can swap the loanees for the loanees he wants simple and cheap and manager affective 😎

3.) 07 Mar 2018 17:42:23

You really do need to stay off the bitter lemons with your gin and stick to tonic to perk you up!

Are you related to Victor Meldrew?

4.) 08 Mar 2018 00:08:06
I'm sure Forest Gump had a phrase for him. 'Stupid is as stupid does' :)

5.) 08 Mar 2018 09:13:38
the accounts are from before the takeover, so whether marinakis had put some money in earlier is for speculation!

6.) 08 Mar 2018 14:04:16
What’s with all the thumbs down 👎 does that mean you don’t agree with me well somebody pass me the Kleenex I’m so upset 😭 lol

7.) 08 Mar 2018 18:23:53
"I dooooon't belieeeeve it!!!"

8.) 08 Mar 2018 20:36:12
That figure might come down substantially very soon.

We still owe Fawass 20 mill and correct me if I'm wrong but didn't we just start a court battle with him ;)

The figures look good for FFP but apart from moving in the right direction on wages the rest isn't so impressive.

Like the 40 mill loan due to be repaid this year.

9.) 08 Mar 2018 21:25:25
Hands up. Who voted that down?

You're a very naughty boy!

The numbers never lie. ;)

10.) 08 Mar 2018 22:47:26
Thanks no22 nobody as a sense of humour on here anymore oh well let’s get back to being serious 👎

11.) 09 Mar 2018 12:38:30
Its only someone elses money?

But honesty is always the best policy. Even if it stings hard in bad places when delivered :)

12.) 09 Mar 2018 19:39:05
We have two choices: we will need to constantly sell players to get any near P&L figures that are remotely reasonable.

Or we have to roll the dice and go for it again, after the last two attempts that fills me with dread as I’m sure the grim injury reaper will be lying in wait again

13.) 10 Mar 2018 21:07:57
he is meldrew. he must have loved the

01 Mar 2018 17:04:48
More proof that the club is now being run professionally
Apparently Forest have signed a new kit deal with Macron biggest sponsorship deal in our history
Onward one upwards.

1.) 01 Mar 2018 17:34:27
I love the adidas style but the club has secured greater funds with Macron. As long as they sell a first team shirt, without sponsorship, I'll buy one. If the deal enables us to afford Tomlin and Colbeck, then great work by the club.👏

2.) 01 Mar 2018 18:53:11
They can play in a shirt designed by lidl for me, more how we play in the shirt than who makes it.
Once you get past 40 think it's time to sack wearing a replica anyway.

3.) 01 Mar 2018 19:06:20
Once your waist gets past 40 maybe. 😀

4.) 01 Mar 2018 19:42:00
I agree with that to some extent FF79 but I do like to wear a Forest top on holiday when I go for breakfast. It’s the only time I do though mind.

5.) 01 Mar 2018 20:01:00
Dressed to impress tap?
Last time I've worn mine benidorm on the beach and met some of my old school pals who I hadn't seen in 40 years,I've obviously aged well.
60 and still got 30 inch waste but don't wear colours to games for many years now, prefer to dress well.

6.) 02 Mar 2018 07:13:57
Snap mate-dapper at the match, 2 stars on the shirt on holiday.

7.) 02 Mar 2018 07:19:55
It shows the Commercial Manager is doing a good job. He must get the credit for this deal, but I do not know how much it is worth.

8.) 02 Mar 2018 12:39:38
Nothing wrong with Lidl FF79.
I've got a season ticket there as well.

9.) 02 Mar 2018 13:22:39
It's whatever lights your candle my freind.
Other shops are available.🍻🍻

10.) 02 Mar 2018 16:15:04
FF79 has changed his tune having admitting dressing to impress Blondie on the beach with his fetching yellow away shirt?

11.) 02 Mar 2018 17:28:30
Sacked the buying of yellow shirts when labbatts sponsored us red.
Covered in green fly.
Only ones I've kept is white away and the a.c. Milan stripes plus a few home shirts and they all still fit.
Blondie prefers me without the shirt especially when I have the tan.😉😉😍😍

12.) 02 Mar 2018 18:11:00
Sorry inter Milan blue and black stripes.

13.) 03 Mar 2018 08:39:44
Flies are colour blind so they could not be attracted to yellow. However flies can usually be found swarming around bulls**t!
Given the flak you have been getting for your posts I can see how you could have thrown away a perfectly good shirt?

14.) 03 Mar 2018 10:38:49
I see you know a lot about flies and their habits red?.
I take it it's from your own experiences?
Maybe you should try a different aftershave?😁😁😁

15.) 03 Mar 2018 11:52:40
I just have a very good sense of smell! Hence my Avatar.
Shame about losing your shirt for no food reason?

01 Feb 2018 19:24:29
What happened yesterday explained what happened on Tuesday night
A team played against Preston that already knew that their cosy little world could be in for the chop and the reaction of the players showed us all at the ground what a feeble lot we had at the club.

I sit behind home dugout and I couldn't understand why AK was so not animated he must have thought no good flogging a dead horse it's not worth the effort this team will be totally transformed starting tomorrow!
We have a manager that no longer will suffer fools gladly
Great isn't it?

1.) 01 Feb 2018 21:18:18
It is, hopefully now the message has well and truly gotten through to the players.

2.) 01 Feb 2018 21:26:43
Spot on, unfortunately that has always been our problem of being a "nice" club to play for in a lovely part of the world to live and bring up a family. Too many "friends" in a comfort zone?

Well the worm has finally turned!
Focussed knowledgeable owners.
Organised administration for the first time ever.

How on earth could Forest have ever previously organised 13 transfers in a single day? Ruthless and experienced winning manager who has been a top world player.
Players now with no where to hide or make excuses.
The only way is up!

3.) 01 Feb 2018 21:27:09
If it has not, it never will.

4.) 02 Feb 2018 18:01:02
My Problem is out of that starting line up that played so terribly how many of them are still here!! The ones that have left didn't play a part against preston.

09 Jan 2018 22:36:05
Hot news straight off the press new incoming purchase and it Involves Eric our 2 goal hero he's got his Dog and it's been named Gunner.

I thought it was more important yesterday to get that win at the City Ground rather than a great performance
The longer the winless run continued the more pressure the team would be feeling in front of our home crowd
Now I feel that the team will play better at home in the future. just in time for the sheep next week
We still even without playing at our best look like a stronger unit than most of the time this season.

05 Feb 2018 19:24:09
Just thinking this feels like the last chance saloon for us
With the ownership we have the commitment they have shown and the manager we now have in place and the players signed in the last week if this dos'nt get things going in the right direction nothing will
I'm I'm being a little pessimistic?

1.) 05 Feb 2018 19:35:58
Lots to be positive about with owners and manager. The next transfer window will be the most important. It takes a long while to change the culture any organisation. After the summer the bedrock will have been laid and the results should be more consistent. Glass half full.

2.) 05 Feb 2018 19:54:16
Yes you are. The bigger picture shows spending silly money on players simply does not work.
3 points separating the bottom 10 in the Premiership and 7 out the top 12 in the Championship have spent very little.

Team ethos, experienced good pros and good youngsters is the best business model plus a quality manager all of which Forest now have so sit back and enjoy the ride!

3.) 05 Feb 2018 19:55:55
Defence sorted and a shiny new striker in the summer. More to leave.

4.) 05 Feb 2018 22:31:24
You see, everything starts to feel right, although the results have been poor. Optimism reigns over adversity.

5.) 05 Feb 2018 23:33:11
How does that work?we can be optimistic when a new manager comes in and loses 4 out of five, but not when were mid table and won ten and lost ten?
Just saying

6.) 06 Feb 2018 06:45:18
Yep should of kept warbo last 7 games won 1 drawn 1 lost 5.briliant

7.) 06 Feb 2018 10:15:23
Should of kept Brazil won one drew one 😄we now have ☝️

01 Feb 2018 07:00:22
Massive Congratulations to the back room staff that must have been some hard graft getting most over the line.

19 Jan 2018 21:22:33
Skegs you probably said the same thing about Olivera one thing you are right about let the Vellios thing drop

1.) 19 Jan 2018 22:03:15
All I'm saying his he can't be that good he's not played any part under the last 3 managers they must assess him in training and playing for the reserves so obviously he shown them nothing and with them being football managers they must know it's not one it's 3 that think the same

2.) 19 Jan 2018 22:15:10
But then you have to ask why he didn't get the chance under a succession of managers?
Either play him or move him on,or ask our astute chairman to let us know the score,it's a waste of money not playing or moving him on,you get this with maybe one manager but not two and looking like three

3.) 20 Jan 2018 08:36:09
I agree with ff79 and skegs DOH

14 Jan 2018 16:02:08
Can not understand the moaners the squad we have got is not any better than last year the team that played was almost the same as the one that got nearly got relegated last year so what are they expecting!
In the last nine months what players did WB bring in that have improved us? more proof that WB was not going to improve us with more time
AK has already identified what needs to be done it will take time it was men against boys yesterday and a sobering lesson of how much work needs to be done by the new manager.

1.) 14 Jan 2018 16:25:05
So you’re saying redfreddie that this team is no better than a year ago even though we had assobongola there then in the meantime Assombalonga left and mw spent all of 3 -4 million on 4-5 players including one of our best players in the last season Dowell so what chance was mw gave with like you said a crap team I’m backing Karanka all the way but let’s see what miracle players he can buy with the same money and let’s see how long the fans give him if he loses or our new owner 🙂

2.) 14 Jan 2018 16:46:15
Yes the team is no better!
You have just agreed with me what is your point again

3.) 14 Jan 2018 16:56:45
try Reading it again redfreddie if you don’t understand what I’m saying don’t worry I won’t be offended as a lot of the time I can’t work out what you say or try to🙂

4.) 14 Jan 2018 17:08:28
I have read it again we are do agree
To much drink on Sunday dinner

5.) 14 Jan 2018 17:20:40
That would be great redfreddie but I’ve been work I might have a few tonight though and maybe you will be able to understand my post because you will be on same wavelength then 🤪

I don’t know I'm bothering to reply to Skegs load of nonsense but at least he’s answered one thing he doesn’t go to any of the games simples

So you seem to think that hitting a 5 match unbeaten run at this time of the season is OK Skegs
I’m no Warbo hater but we would have definitely had another nail biting end of this season in a relagation battle if he was still the manager!
How many games have you watched this season I’m wondering if you have watched the same games as me?

Aps you are right but the EFL will do nothing
Surely they must smell a rat if the sheep were in form no injuries and Huddlestone not suspended the game would have been played the weather gave them a get out of jail card and they used it !

Spot on Scouse the more that comes out the more it shows that the cancellation was down to their injuries and suspensions not the snow
However they forgot to tell the club shop to close what a joke the EFL have got to do something this if not punished Eli leave cancelling games in the future open to more abuse, what yellow bellied cheats
Makes Derby look a club to be proud of !!

Can’t believe some of the comments on here. we have just got a new manager only 2 months ago.
In that time he has stopped the rot our defence was getting worse it’s now far better
The football the team was playing was getting worse now the performances are infinitely more consistent we don’t look easy to beat anymore.
I actually look forward to the matches again, 2 months ago I wasn’t.

10 new players have been brought in the manager has actually managed to bed the players in that would have been difficult in pre season
I could go on.
This is only the beginning.

Can’t believe I’m agreeing with Skegs. let’s the past go and look forward to the rest of the season and especially next year.
