Clubs sniffing round lolley preparing to offer 5m lmao.
He's not for sale certainly not for that amount. We need to slap a 30m price tag on him.

Red always

1.) 29 Nov 2018 14:48:53
We have had enough of clubs taking our best assets these last few seasons , hope the club tells them what to do . they never offer their best assets in exchange ,Lolley is priceless to us , all our play up front comes through him he is irreplaceable . Sign him on an extended contract . AK has now starting to get us ticking foolish to dismantle the best up and coming side in the EFL. Pants still not giving me confidence there seems no improvement, watch and wait till Christmas then sorry pal , on your bike.

2.) 29 Nov 2018 16:29:08
Agreed lolley must stay under no circumstaces should he be allowed to leave plus why would he want to go to cardiff ?they will probally be relegated anyway we must not sell our best players

3.) 29 Nov 2018 17:07:56
What club reveals there target let alone the price there going to offer load of rubbish lazy journalism i read that article awful site that is

4.) 29 Nov 2018 17:30:00
Yep seen it also RJ

29 Nov 2018 09:52:12
January transfer window. We definitely need a quality keeper because pants is pants.
Who's available or who should we go after.
Butland Westwood heaton?

Red always

1.) 29 Nov 2018 11:36:59
What about Forster on loan?

2.) 29 Nov 2018 13:29:20
Any of the above please 🙏🙏

3.) 29 Nov 2018 14:35:35
Id even go after "Vivienne" Westwood!!!
😂😂😂

4.) 29 Nov 2018 16:02:19
Watching the highlights it looked like someone had nailed Pantilimons boots to the pitch. Can someone tell him it’s ok to move!

5.) 29 Nov 2018 17:12:23
Like I was told before last night's game we should just show him our support bet those opinions have changed sorry never liked him and never will he will cost us promotion, being kind he has cost us 6 points so far this season that would have made us joint 1st make steel number 1, Smith number 2 then send him out on loan to league 2

6.) 29 Nov 2018 20:54:09
Let's go for butland spend brereton money on bringing him
He would make the difference from automatic promotion. While pants is in net. We will struggle to make play offs
If you look at most of our goals conceded.
He's been at fault for 50% of them.

7.) 30 Nov 2018 00:48:44
We would never stand a chance of getting butland costs to much money and will go to a prem club if he was to leave stoke turned down 10 million for him in the summer

8.) 29 Nov 2018 23:20:33
What planet are you on Always? If Pickford cost £30m+ then Butland is worth ast least that amount so £7m barely pays the deposit plus BB might get sent home as he is not getting much game time?

23 Aug 2018 22:21:53
Think with all the 13 new signing 5 of which are new to championship i.e. Portuguese lads soudani. Karanka as been playing them altogether to soon. He should go back to basics and gradually bring them in over time.
He needs to pick players in right positions
And formations.

I'd go 442 or 352 at home this Saturday
With byram Robinson Dawson coming into the back 4 Watson colback holding cash lolley out wide. Soudani grabbon up top. With One of them dropping off in hole
If I was going 352
It would be Dawson fig fox
Byram Robinson as wing backs colback Watson cash with soudani grabbon up top.
I prefer 442 though.

Thoughts anyone?

Red always

1.) 23 Aug 2018 22:30:28
Red you can harp on all day about your formations, but karanka will only play one.
It's a pointless suggesting any other as it won't happen.

2.) 23 Aug 2018 23:12:31
They've had a full pre-season and should be ready to play. How long do we wait until they're ready? They need to start showing us what they can do because if they can't do it now they've got no chance on a cold night in January. Must agree that on current form Cash and Soudani should play and I would definitely bring in Robinson and Byram because defensively we are poor. Let's try and keep faith with the new boys and try to encourage them on match day.

3.) 23 Aug 2018 23:53:10
If karanka persists with just 1 upfront and no plan b. It could cost him his job.

4.) 24 Aug 2018 00:28:45
Are the Portuguese players the 3 Italians in disguise - I Remember how well they played in the 1st game and then. .?

5.) 24 Aug 2018 08:43:24
Read a quote from Sheffield u manager last week, when asked about his formation in defeat, he said “to quote the greatest English manager everBrian clough formations don’t win or lose you matches players do “

6.) 24 Aug 2018 13:30:09
The thing is guys I could understand you saying this if we were in QPR's position, but as things stand we are 4 points off the top, and have played some good teams! There are valid points with performance's and defence, which hopefully will only get better. I don't think we should be dropping the new signings, as they are better than what we had. With the old guard in, those battling draws we got, would probably have been defeats last season. If we beat Birmingham on Saturday, we will be well up in the mix! COYR

7.) 24 Aug 2018 16:16:19
AK uses 14 players on matchday and changes the system to suit so why are we all getting hung up on old school systems?

8.) 24 Aug 2018 17:35:52
Half the time old school systems work, especially at championship level, just ask Warnock and pullis.
Football is a simple game made hard by managers trying to play like real Madrid, but without the quality to do so.

9.) 24 Aug 2018 20:15:04
Warnock is the exception 442 /451 merchant who looks like doing a Direby this season. Pulis has not got Boro up yet and football has changed since he dragged Stoke up so let's just see what happens?
I see Pulis is playing 3 at the back so he is as flexible as AK!

10.) 24 Aug 2018 21:02:33
So why didn’t you have the hate for warbo that you do for karanka ff?you just stated exactly what warbo did but you loved him.confused

11.) 24 Aug 2018 21:50:14
I don't hate anyone Sutton quite the contrary,it's not in my nature.
I hope karanka turns us into world beaters,I just put my opinion over and you can read what you like into it.
I pay for my season card and say what I see,but am not naive enough to think everyone feels the same.
You do hate warbo and that's worrying as he has a better win rate ,which you can't argue with, was never allowed the funds and had only one transfer window to prove himself, plus saved us from relegation with the players he inherited.
I sincerly hope karanka is the one,but from what I've seen I have my doubts.
Hope that clears it up for you

12.) 25 Aug 2018 00:09:08
FF, can you articulate those doubts ?

13.) 25 Aug 2018 00:17:09
Just want to get there red and we all know when we get there you'll lose more than you win.
Hope your chosen ☝️does it.

14.) 25 Aug 2018 00:33:19
I'm not a Boro fan redinexile so wouldn't know.
What I do know is he'll get them promoted as sure as the grass they play on.

15.) 25 Aug 2018 09:59:06
My doubts about karanka bringing success 2 star,
His trademark for success is a tight defence and were looking anything but in that department.
We won't score hatfulls of goals, put the two together and that's not a recipe for success.

16.) 25 Aug 2018 10:14:53
Ff I am of the opinion that the defence will improve as will the attack! Problem solved!

17.) 25 Aug 2018 14:15:47
And do you not think the defence and attack would have improved if Warburton had been allowed to spend £25M?

18.) 25 Aug 2018 14:36:03
We'll never know RedCyclist.

19.) 25 Aug 2018 14:37:15
RC the defence in no way would have improved under him, though the attack would have improved massively as he took the attitude of sod the defence and just hope we score more than the other team. Was Warburton too thick to realise he had loads of money to spend, or was he not trusted with serious money and was only brought in untill a supposedly better manager became available.

20.) 25 Aug 2018 14:59:58
Like I said then.

21.) 25 Aug 2018 17:35:08
Yep FF79 - that about nails it for me.

21 Aug 2018 21:13:34
What players are still left that need loaning out or contracts cancelled?

Red always

1.) 21 Aug 2018 21:48:58
Way too many to remember.

2.) 22 Aug 2018 15:07:09
Henderson, Evtimov, Ward, Ariyibi, Lam, Clough and Vellios. Then it remains to be seen if we have loan (or loan with view to sell) plans for Smith , Worrall, Bridcutt, Yates and Brereton.

17 Aug 2018 22:07:44
We should not be loaning brereton he should be our 3rd choice striker in front of Murphy. He should get plenty of game time coming off bench starting off games. The lads only going to get better. He's only 19 years old.
Playing in his favoured position with the better players we have this season will do him loads more good.
And his value will ticket in today's crazy market
Keep hold of him.

Red always

1.) 18 Aug 2018 07:23:59
Brereton and Murphy are different strikers and fit different tactics.if you want to play away with a lone striker to win balls in the air Murphy is First choice and brereton third maybe 4th if you include Soudani.if you want a goal scorer and your going to play football and want to bring the midfielders into play Grabban is 1st choice and brereton is second.maybe even 3rd if ya want to put Soudani in there.im not saying get rid but brereton and Murphy play different rolls.im not saying get rid but he needs to wait and take his chance when it comes or decide to go out on loan until jan.
He played last season and he also went to an england tournament so maybe he’s being looked after properly rather than burning him out.the comp didn't finish till end of July.

2.) 18 Aug 2018 09:03:24
It comes down to how badly the club need the money to balance the books. How do we know that Forests plan was always going to be offloading a youngster or two to balance the books after the summers spending. For me, 8m for Brereton presents good money. Whether he should be getting game time or not is another story but the fact is he isn't, AK sees him as 4th striker right now.

3.) 18 Aug 2018 11:11:10
It's obviously not down to money as it's now a loan window?

4.) 18 Aug 2018 11:35:04
Perks you literally sent that post ONE second too early!

5.) 19 Aug 2018 09:35:17
I wouldn't be surprised to see BB go and another striker come in on loan.

Apart from new keeper to replace pants.
What players are available within budget that would improve our first team. ?

Red always

1.) 05 Dec 2018 09:35:00
What is the budget?
Is it just get someone in on loan for X amount of wages, or is it get someone in permanent, if so how much is available for the signing/signings?

2.) 05 Dec 2018 10:51:17
I think we’d have to sell to buy. We spent ~£20m in the summer and got ~£6.5m for Brereton. We have a few players out to offset some salaries but we have an already bloated squad. We have 1 player yet to get a game and another who is well paid but not getting game time. We need to get a left back in for cover and either recall Worrall or get another defensive option. I like the Heff, I think he has a great personality and is decent but don’t think he’s good enough to hold a place with Fox and Dawson fully fit. That said a left back would allow Robinson to slide across to CB if we needed cover. I think Bournemouth have a great keeper who is being kept out of the sticks by a brilliant one so could be a potential target at a decent price

3.) 05 Dec 2018 14:18:08
I think the general consensus is LB and GK. They do have to get players off the books before they can buy/loan any more though and that's where the challenge lies. I'd imagine there's already plenty of work being done behind the scenes to offload the likes of Bridcutt, Watson and Stephen 'just happy to pick up the pay cheque' Henderson. Selling these players in Jan will be a extremely difficult task though with them not playing and demand decent wages. That leads me to believe they'll head out on loan. This creates a bigger problem in the summer, how many players will we have returning to us from their loans? 8?

4.) 05 Dec 2018 15:19:35
GR, Bridcutt faced a similar position at Leeds as he now finds himself in with Forest, he chose Forest thinking he would get more playing time than at Leeds he might then leave permanently.

5.) 05 Dec 2018 21:05:50
Get de gea in never makes a mistake

6.) 05 Dec 2018 21:31:39
Merry Xmas, hope yo like "de gea"she buys you,🤣🤣🤣

03 Dec 2018 17:12:11
Apparently karanka will be looking to strengthen our team in January
But where do we need to strengthen
And who could be available.
We definitely need a quality keeper
Thoughts please?

Red always

1.) 03 Dec 2018 18:39:41
Left back and goal keeper. Left back first. A young man united goal keeper seems a good option too.

2.) 03 Dec 2018 19:24:07
Goalkeeper is a must a left back and another striker mind you I don't know what decent striker out there would want to come and sit on the bench as he wouldn't get much playing time why grabbon is fit

3.) 03 Dec 2018 19:37:17
Alan Nixon has been quoted as saying the manager wants numerous players to come in.
Steele has not been given a run of games to prove himself so Pants is not going to be replaced.
A left back, someone to replace Fox, and someone to replace Murphy as he can not be relied on to play enough games should he be needed.
Im not sure the new striker is the same type of striker as Murphy.
Other than that i can not see where else the manager would want to go player wise.
As for who to bring in, the manager has a knack of bringing in players i would not have thought of, either because i would not have thought they would join us, or they are not the usual suspects.

4.) 04 Dec 2018 08:27:19
Can't disagree with GK and LB. Most of our attacking threat comes down the right, we need a LB who can match Darikwas attacking capabilities.

01 Dec 2018 12:04:45
To give us every chance of automatic promotion. We need 3/ 4 players in come January
1 goalkeeper I'd go butland heaton or Westwood
2 left back cover who's available?
3 winger. Bolassie adomah type
4 forward. if grabbon gets injured we screwed Murphy gone missing again like last season. Iranian might not be upto it.
We've got 7m coming in from brereton deal.

Red always

1.) 01 Dec 2018 12:30:35
Goalkeeper yes,no chance with butland,
Left back yes
Striker yes
No wingers required, got plenty already, another no 10 in case calvahalo gets injured.
Bottle of red ordered for the train journey home after victory today🍷🍷🍷

2.) 01 Dec 2018 12:44:44
Potential banana skin todayy ff79. The way we set up at home means we will not create a lot of chances. Defence stsrting to creak so we need a few goals i think. Would like to see ansafared given a bit of time on the pitch. Looks a decent back up and has a bit of height and skill.

3.) 01 Dec 2018 13:02:41
Think Heff will come in for figs and geddy for Jacob, three games in short space of time might be too much for him and geddy more of an attacking threat

4.) 01 Dec 2018 13:06:53
I reckon a scrappy 2-1 win.
The Tractor Boys will not roll over too easily COYRS!!!

5.) 01 Dec 2018 13:11:27
You mean yacob?? I would play heff, maybd dawson can help him. Yacob is going to be linked with colback long term but geddy could be impact sub. I wonder how dias would look in the carvalaho role?? He shows a bit more strength and endeavor than carvalho and does use his skill. Contentious i know but heho.

Fans and Myself included said we should of signed Abraham grrr.

We tried he chose villa

2.) 28 Nov 2018 21:51:16
Wasn't a goalscorer we needed tonight,2 nill up and to defend so badly was the problem, quicker we sign a goalkeeper the better

3.) 28 Nov 2018 23:31:55
Give over you cannot put 5 goals down to Pants. Daws had his leg lifted by Abrahams and The Hef got caught out defending the free kick not picking up the mismatch of Robinson marking Abrahams1

25 Nov 2018 11:37:19
Let's have a debate on who we could bring in in January to make us automatic promotion candidates.
My choice
1 goalkeeper maybe Westwood
2 left back in case Robinson gets injured
3 tomlin to impact as sub if calvalho struggling
4. Unless we give game time to new forward. We not know if he is good enough.
So maybe another forward because Murphy disappeared again he did this last season.

Red always

1.) 25 Nov 2018 13:01:31
Left back cover, yes. Goalie, maybe. Tomlin, no. He was hardly fit last season, by the time he is this time around, season will be over. If it 'aint broke. .

2.) 25 Nov 2018 13:40:25
Why Westwood?a kid is keeping him out the weds team!

3.) 25 Nov 2018 17:25:56
Sutton Westwood as been probably best championship keeper for a few years. Wednesdays new manager doesn't fancy him.
I'd have him better than pants.

But who would we like to replace him. ?????

Ghosts last season warbo played brereton on wing. Karanka accasionally played him as lone forward but in a struggling side fighting a relegation battle.
He as not even been in a squad this season along with worrell wasn't even included in squad in cup when karanka made bout 10 changes.
Karanka had already made up his mind they not his type.
Am starting to think ak is clueless next few games will decide if he's learned who he should be playing
