Brilliant today
Thats all we ask for as fans
A great team performance today
We looked a different side today
Compared with the last few months under MW.
Let's hope the new manager can carry this on.

1.) 07 Jan 2018 20:36:54
Should keep GB as manager

2.) 07 Jan 2018 22:58:55
As I posted before, the players back GB. Obviously everyone ignored my post about it BEFORE the game. :)

3.) 08 Jan 2018 13:27:16
Would be a huge gamble to appoint GB as manager, and besides in his previous attempts as caretaker, results were not good. GB clearly has a talent at working with our youth set up, so why risk promoting him knowing he could well get the chop in six months if the results don't come. Would be a huge loss if he then goes completely.

4.) 08 Jan 2018 23:53:46
It would have been the complete opposite of a gamble to appoint Brazil. Not expensive as he is an employee already and he knows the squad so unlikely to cock up in the manner Warburton did. Now we have taken an expensive risk appointing a boss who plays exactly the way reds fans hate.

How much longer have we got to put
Up with this dross which MW keeps churning out.
We will be in our annual relegation fight if we are not careful
can't see us picking up any points in January.

MW is so CLUELEss it's becoming a joke.
I'm all for stability but not at a price.
Surely the reaction of the crowd at the end just shows how fed up the supporters are with this type of crap football
We have only turned one team over all season all the rest we have been hanging on just scraping by.

Don't trust him with any more funds so he can go and buy more Scottish rubbish. Mckay only plays one game in 10 Cummings not good enough at this level.
Sunderland were poor today and there goalkeeper didn't have to make one
decent save.
Just shows how bad we are
Time you went Mr Warburton go back to the City.

1.) 30 Dec 2017 21:41:10
He does it has a ground 😁

2.) 31 Dec 2017 00:16:42
As soon as I heard 'Cash will make a good right back' I thought he must be a complete idiot!

Cash was right back in that infamous Wigan game and it looked like someone from the crowd had been asked if they fancied a game!

Lichaj for player manager as he knows how to pick a team.

Ok, he'd probably drop himself but we'd get square pegs in square holes for a start! :)

3.) 31 Dec 2017 08:22:28
I seriously think he’s trying to get the sack it’s the only explanation for these crazy decisions!

18 Sep 2017 10:26:29
My biggest concern from Saturday
We never created or got in the Wolves area on more than a couple of occasions from general play.

We were so slow when we got the ball
Wolves were back in numbers and all we did was pass it sideways or back there is no pace in the side.

Wolves moved the the ball far quicker than use.
We have got 12 points but it could have been a lot less
It's not just the mistakes that are causing these defeats it's the set up of the team and the way they are being told to play. As fans we can see the weaknesses so
But there again we are only supporters.

1.) 18 Sep 2017 13:03:24
So long as improvement is being made that is the main thing, yes we can all see where the team is going wrong but they are in a learning process, the teams lapses in concentration and ball watching are the biggest problem. What you have to remember is Wolves in spite of there passing beng quicker it took two bad mistakes from Forest and two good finishes from Jota for Wolves to score at all.

Listening Karanka after game
He said I should give the same team as last week another go.
All those new players and we have to put up with the same old dross.
We got no pace up front to! ight weight in midfield and the back four
Well no words can describe how crap they are
You just sit there in your seat and wonder what the hell is going on.
Our once great club is being dragged nearer the abyss by a bunch of players who couldn't care less.
No fight no pride no guts a total shambles I just can't see us escaping the drop this time
I've seen some very poor sides in my 55 years but this lot are well up there as one of poorest.
Three Hull Supporters were sat behind me they couldn't believe how poor we were.
Where is some inspiration going to come from. Because there's nobody in this side going to give us any.
Total crap.

1.) 10 Feb 2018 19:04:08
Never mind the players it's Karanka job to send them out in the right frame of mind and deploy the right tactics,he's failed to do that.
Brazil managed it.
The buck stops with the manager

2.) 11 Feb 2018 00:27:15
FF absolutely true... Why field the same team who played crap at Preston?
Nottingham forest is becoming the comedy club where clowns juggle and the players take the mick out of the crowd for spending our hard earned cash to see jokers on the field!
15 games left and 7points adrift from being sucked into relegation.
I'll eat humble pie.... Should of stuck with Brazil!

01 Feb 2018 08:05:57
Well done to all at Forest for a really good window
Just one concern no new left back
Does that mean we are stuck with Fox?

1.) 01 Feb 2018 08:15:34
Read somewhere last night Colback been known to play leftback.

2.) 01 Feb 2018 08:58:33
Good business yesterday but the real irony of all the departures was that only Ward was remotely involved in the game on Tuesday.

3.) 01 Feb 2018 09:13:02
Lacovitti could fill that left back void.
Been called back early from his loan at Forest Green Rovers. Did okay when called upon before.

4.) 01 Feb 2018 09:35:11
Eric can move to left back, Mance to right back then we can have Worrall and Figuereido in the middle.

5.) 01 Feb 2018 09:54:40
No!no!no!mance again woeful on tuesday😠

6.) 01 Feb 2018 10:25:12
Bsered turning into players in the proper positions!

31 Jan 2018 08:13:19
I have been a red for over 55 years
I've seen many players and managers come and go seen so many poor Forest
Sides but this lot must be near the top as one of the worst sides I can remember. there's no fight no aggression they throw the towel in to easily.
Warburton has left us in a right mess. I just hope Karanka can sort it out. Because I see no hope with this useless bunch. Wheres the passion gone Wheres the fight. I have never been so sad to see the ground empty as it did last night. The whole team should hang there heads in shame.
The team needs a complete overall
Get rid of all the dead legs send them on there way tattoos and posh cars as well. So upset that we have come to this.

1.) 31 Jan 2018 08:42:08
Wasn't at the match had to make do with a erratic text commentary, having read the comments on here nobody seems to think Vellios should go, i noticed that he had the most attempts on goal, what do Reds who were there think⚓

2.) 31 Jan 2018 11:28:17
Red frank fans keep saying Warburton left this club in a right mess where you been for the last ten years each manager we’ve had as left this club in a right mess plus a owner Warburton had 8 months and 4 million to try and do something with this mess he didn’t get the money or the time let’s Hope Karanka gets a couple of seasons and the time and money to invest because if you’ve been a fan for 50 years you will know from the last 20 swapping managers every 5 mins doesn’t work

3.) 31 Jan 2018 12:06:04
I had been thinking this Skegs. .in my mind Warburton made a few questionable signings but also some potential ok ones and he helped several youngsters improve, you can say same for most managers in recent years and is a mixture of them all that has seen us get here but ultimately there is only one person at fault. the one who over paid on wages, gave too many long contracts, sold off assets with poor deals often and didn’t structure the club properly. That man is Fawaz.

30 Jan 2018 22:41:51
I'm going down to city ground tomorrow and get money back from my season ticket under the trades description act.
Not one of that useless bunch wore that shirt with pride.
What a complete shambles.
I was ashamed to call myself a Red after that. It going to take Karanka
Years to sort this mess out.
The end of the season can't come soon enough.

08 Jan 2018 18:22:26
Welcome Mr Karanka
Very excited by the appointment
Let's all get behind the new man
See where he takes us.
Got to be better than the last couple we've had.

1.) 08 Jan 2018 18:51:15
As a supporter who saw 2 European cup wins, league cup wins and the Shilton save from Ferguson that clinched the title I am so pleased at the potential appointment. Too many managers amongst a very hectic period of poor ownership and mismanagement have embarrassed our club, it’s name and history. However the biggest problem I see is the fans of the club that still believe we have some given right to success because of what happened 40, yes 40 years ago. We as supporters have to stop expecting immediate success as soon as the new man walks through the door. 10 men in 9 years and none of them given a real chance by anyone at the club but most importantly by supporters, Stuart Pearce aside. Yesterday was a wonderful day and long have we waited and deserved it as supporters. If only MW had played those players in their positions then who knows? Aitor Karanka is probably the stand out candidate from the probables we could have wished. Sorry for the long post but please just this once, can we lose the negative comments and get behind this guy. It might just be our last chance. COYR.

2.) 08 Jan 2018 19:23:55
Karanka our. 😂

3.) 08 Jan 2018 19:41:26
Agree with everything nick26. spot on Karanka could and should be the man to take forest forward. nobody should expect it to happen overnight, but his playing knowledge and management experience could prove to be invaluable , excellent signing by the new hierachy

4.) 08 Jan 2018 19:49:06

You have brought me out of retirement twice now. (Don’t worry, I am not stopping)

This time though, I just had to post to say. Great Post and I could not agree more.

My choices for the next Manager were a nostalgic Martin ONeill or Nigel Clough appontment, but Karanka is a good choice and like you I hope everyone gets behind him.
