Forest linked to Shrewsbury's Swiss goalie Jayson Leutwiler. A product of FC Basel's academy who kept the most clean sheets in any division last season.

11 May 2015 16:12:30
Forest are being linked with Derik Osede from Real Madrids reserves. 22 years old and plays for Zinedine Zidanes team. Described on Real's club website as a complete footballer both physically and technically. He is quick and powerful in the tackle. Out of contract in the summer so wouldn't require a fee.

1.) 11 May 2015 17:01:31
I guess there will be lots of interest in him from Premier League clubs, but why would he want to come to Forest? So he can chat with Riera in the U21s instead of joining the First Eleven like he should have done some time ago?

2.) 11 May 2015 17:55:17
Lots of clubs after him. We have no chance. It will now be interesting to see what happens to QPR now they have been relegated.

3.) 11 May 2015 20:03:25
qpr should be hammered by ffp, it will depend on parachute payments I suppose.

4.) 12 May 2015 08:44:45
He will more likely get game time with us then Premiership sides and I understand he is just 1 Spaniard we've been linked with so if we're looking at another couple this may help.

QPR have said they will contest any effort to fine them, Parachute Payments won't make a difference as they will need to pay the fine before they receive the payment from the Premier League.

I see there's a program on BBC4 at 8 about Derby fans. "Addicted To Sheep" πŸ‘πŸ˜‚.

1.) 08 Oct 2017 20:35:20
I'll see if I can "find a window for that" πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

2.) 09 Oct 2017 22:09:23
Cannot trust sheep. Always trying to pull the wool over your eyes?

3.) 11 Oct 2017 18:19:34
That's "Baaaahhhd" Red!!!πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

26 Sep 2017 23:29:59
So that's 5 defeats in the last 6 games and the only points we took from them was against the whipping boys Sunderland.
Our other points we got were from Millwall, against the run of play and chances created.
And Boro, who if Britt had his shooting boots on, would've done us aswell.
He won't change his style,
He won't change his tactics,
He won't change his game plan
And he won't change his players.
The defence can't defend.
Lichaj, Hobbs and Vellios don't get a sniff.
It's no good being stubborn Warbo cus it just ain't working. Something's got to give.

24 Sep 2017 23:16:24
Just watched the Villa highlights. For their first goal, Mills moved up field on their attack and slammed into the back of their forward, he was too busy admiring his crude challenge to get back to where he should've been and was caught well out of position, as the attack continued the ball was played through where he was supposed to be and they scored, and then in normal Mills fashion, he stands round looking at everyone else like it's their fault.

1.) 25 Sep 2017 08:02:38
Is he really that bad every game that every goal is his fault. He looked ok to me but different perspectives are available from where you see the game. Could the problem be the tactics and the line MW asks the defence to keep which leaves us exposed if we go sideways and inevitably give the ball away.

We aren't set up to play sideways we are set up to go forward but for some reason it doesn't happen often enough.

2.) 25 Sep 2017 08:52:40
Personally if anyone in the back four looks poor at defending,it's darikwa,he's a ball watcher, gets exposed far to easily.

3.) 25 Sep 2017 13:25:41
And that's the truth of the matter. Darikwa's strengths are playing further up the park with Eric behind him.

4.) 25 Sep 2017 17:36:23
The first goal is Darwikras fault. From his position he can see along the line and tried stepping up to catch Adomah offside. Had he just stayed with Adomah he probably wouldn't have scored. Mills is no world beater but not every goal is his fault.

5.) 25 Sep 2017 18:30:46
Spot on pass,poor positional sense.

23 Sep 2017 22:42:12
Maranakis will have his finger on the trigger.

1.) 23 Sep 2017 23:12:23
Well you lot keep loading the bullets,be careful what you wish for.

2.) 23 Sep 2017 23:13:09
He is not one of Trumps military experts is is he.

3.) 24 Sep 2017 00:19:37
Lose to Fulham and then Sheffield United and we are heading for big trouble. Changing the manager won't help, as I have said before we need quality players, training to remove schoolboy errors, a real captaincy on the field, a solid defence with an understandable structure proved in training, and some toughness and tenacity in the squad. Pretty moves in this division will not win games. I'd rather we won ugly than not at all. The warnings have been out for some time. Either the management and players pick those warnings up and heed them or we are back in the pit of the bottom five or six again. Greek patience will only last for so long.

4.) 24 Sep 2017 05:22:53
Greek patience lol if only you sat back and thought about what you was saying after that crate of beer and before hitting the reply button Warburton will still be here next season doommongers the sooner you get use to that the quicker you will be able to move on πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

5.) 24 Sep 2017 06:11:19
Skegs dix you watch the first half???? Warbs has learned nothing and hs won't. Suicide pitta patta turgid trying to pass it out of our own half. Ben again utterly useless and out of his depth. No hobbs in matchday squad. Eric on the bench. Bridcutt is becoming a disappointment not having effect in the right place. If at work you keep making the same mistakes and repeatedly sticking to YOUR WAY then at some point your boss will either move you or get rid. I listened to the Brentford chairman when asked why he was not renewing MW contract. He said Mark has done well in his first season but we want to go in a different direction. I know people might point where brentford are now but they were already heading that way. His headcis buried in a tactical quagmire. Unleash the players and make it the right ones before its too late MW

6.) 24 Sep 2017 06:35:17
To late for what lol if by some miracle mw was sacked the new manager out there to replace him would be? And the new manager would be able to do what with the defence and also it would just be another manager who would come in if he didn't win 8 of his next ten games you and your doommongers would want his head for me and hopefully the owner at least 2 seasons under mw and I think the new owner as seen enough of what's happened to forest over the last 5 seasons to what happens when you keep swapping and changing the management every 6 months if by some miracle he decided to change mw before the end of the season I would be very disappointed with the new owner anyways not going anywhere so get use to it lol πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

{Ed001's Note - have you ever heard the word hypocrite Skeggy? Just wondered as you weren't worried about who could replace Freedman, or if anyone could do better, you were just convinced he was the wrong man and wanted him gone, yet now anyone that says the same about the current manager you call names. I am confused how it works. Are you a doommonger only if you disagree? Or were you also a doommonger when you constantly criticised Freedman with no clear plan for a replacement?}

7.) 24 Sep 2017 06:50:26
I am a doommonger when it comes to df lol at least under mw the team know how to move over the halfway line and Ed I'm sure we keep on having this same conversation when df done well I said we'll done look back at my comments surely that would not be hard for you to do just so you can get your facts right mate πŸ˜€

{Ed001's Note - the point is that you are just slamming anyone criticising the manager, rather than pointing out reasons to back him.}

8.) 24 Sep 2017 07:16:38
You are deluded skeggs. The foundation is defence and here MW fails time and again. DF played the hand he was dealt and was not allowed to spend, even with a dreadful injury hit squad. MW has had plenty of time and money to sort the basics. You must be his love child as your loyalty is the total antithisis to DF. ANY MANAGER that takes on the role at forest gets the support of the fans but when you stumble along blindly and beligerently expect a backlash!!!!

9.) 24 Sep 2017 08:22:32
Well said Ed001. Skeg was in love with Phil Mont until relegation started to look a reality. He claims football under other management was defensive and boring yet we played with basically a back 6 yesterday as Bridcutt and Bouch were that deep they were holding hands with Worrall and Mills.Thing is most posters on here including myself have often said they don't want the manager sacked as it will just continue 5 years of instability.Who knows what the new owner has in mind?

10.) 24 Sep 2017 09:28:14
This site is not restricted to Doommongers and Happyclappers. Plenty on here can see what is happening on the field, and whilst everything off the pitch seems to be working much better, the end product is faltering on it. Many of us are scratching our heads and wondering how things will improve, but it's only by getting quality in defence and DMs that we can be sure of a decent showing by the lads. Blind optimism won't succeed. I and many others are not calling for MWs head, and we all knew it would be some YEARS before we could challenge at the top of this league, but we are very frustrated when we see our good players getting nowhere and repeating the same mistakes week by week. You can't buy your way out of this league, as 'arry and others have found out and whilst fully supporting the lads every week, we need to be able to say what we think, especially since we have had five years of chaos and disaster, which we all hope is well into the past. We want the players and management to have chances, but some things seem so blindingly obvious it's irritating that no-one seems to want to or be able do anything about it.

17 Sep 2017 18:27:17
Millwall should've beat us but for their poor finishing, Boro could've beat us if Britt had put his chances away and we weren't great against Sunderland. We've got those points in the bag, but to be honest, those games could have easily gone the other way. Formation and style of play have to change. Smith is a good shot stopper but his distribution is poor, give Henderson a go. Stick Lichaj at LB, he's played there plenty of times before, player of the season last year but doesn't get a sniff. Keep Darikwa at RB. Worrals lack of experience at this level is starting to show and Mills is still making too many mistakes. Put Hobbs and Mancienne at CB. Play McKay and Carayol on the wings, proper wingers. Brereton is not a winger. Play Cummings up with Murphy to feed off or Murphy and Vellios (why he's not getting a chance baffles me) . Two big lads who can both score goals. Then Dowell, Bridcutt, Osbourne Bouchalakis or Vaughn to fill the other spaces. Bring Brereton on later on in the game as he's not quite ready yet to be first choice. We've got the playing staff but it just needs tweaking a bit. We can't always keep trying to pass the opposition to death. Come on Warbo, it needs a shake up.

1.) 17 Sep 2017 18:49:40
Good shout that TAP

2.) 17 Sep 2017 18:52:21
Totally agree but I remember when hendo was in net
Everyone was calling him crap.
Warbos mistakes should of got a experienced keeper in
And quality centre back.
Looks like Cohen an Vaughen are going to be injured most of season going off Boths history.
So I'd bring ledley in on a free even if it means paying maybe 30k a week. Still only 30 yrs old and plenty good enough for championship.
We need to stick with warburton he's made some good signings and we still gelling together

3.) 17 Sep 2017 19:46:59
Agreed, good post TAP but I'd still keep Smith in goal but with instructions to go safety first when he's being closed down. That's the main flaw imo and its due to the managers inflexible doctrine and a young keeper trying to carry out his instructions and stay as first choice.

4.) 17 Sep 2017 20:05:40
You are right tappo it needs a shake up. Warbo must change the approach. Play to our strengths and become less predictable

5.) 17 Sep 2017 20:17:24
Tap, smith did look like he'd made some progress yesterday and his kicking was better. He made one distribution error which was a ridiculous throw out in the second half - which was totally ridiculous! Otherwise pretty sound yesterday

6.) 18 Sep 2017 09:10:08
Marco I spoke to Chris on Saturday and he's 6/8 weeks away from being ready to come back DV will be in the next 2 weeks
