Evtimov gone to Burton Albion(cue silly jokes about gone for a burton etc.) I for one wish him well and hope he does well: one mistake and he was seen as sub-standard, so I hope he can revive his fortunes.

1.) 14 Sep 2018 15:54:54
Dougie chucked him under a bus, but 7 years now & he's still as low as it gets in the pecking order.

I hope he does well, the best scenario for us & the player is he comes off our books for good.

2.) 14 Sep 2018 17:20:26
Well that takes the "Biscuit" Bsered!!!
Well you asked for it!!!

3.) 14 Sep 2018 19:35:50
May be he,s got a manager who,ll get the best out of him now!

4.) 16 Sep 2018 08:26:01
At yeast it’s still local.

04 Sep 2018 15:40:50
I didn't realise Evtimov's contract had been terminated. Josef Hefele, the big man's brother, has joined the U23's on loan.

13 Aug 2018 09:51:43
Kapino injured in training: out for 3 months. Just saying.

1.) 13 Aug 2018 10:26:43
He’s moved to Werder Bremen

2.) 13 Aug 2018 10:46:12
Who cares? Not our problem

3.) 13 Aug 2018 10:59:08
I know.

10 Aug 2018 16:45:38
According to Paul Taylor at The Post, Byram was at the ground all yesterday and wanted to sign, but West Ham want a sale not a loan, so unless there is movement on both sides it might not happen.

1.) 10 Aug 2018 16:55:03
He's there 3rd voice right back. How much is he worth bearing in mind he's had a few injurys aswel.
I'd say 2m tops

2.) 10 Aug 2018 17:12:50
It's looking like a loan with option to buy.

3.) 10 Aug 2018 20:06:19
Sgetty if it is a loan then it won't be an option to buy but buy at the end of the loan period if WHU want a sale.

4.) 10 Aug 2018 20:38:30
I know that Red_Dog. I should have worded my post a bit better.I don't like to be ambiguous as a rule.

5.) 10 Aug 2018 20:41:52
I'm guessing they won't his contract running down and then going for next to nothing, loan till Jan then buy if he does ok would suit both clubs imo as with his injuries he is a risk for any club

6.) 10 Aug 2018 22:27:57
Sgetty not a problem fellow Tricky Tree although there is no mention of buying him on the WWW :)

08 Aug 2018 19:17:42
Byram joining on a year long loan according to the Currant Bun?

1.) 08 Aug 2018 22:32:46
The alleged newspaper reported this 6 weeks ago.

2.) 09 Aug 2018 08:30:34
It’s transfer deadline day and for a change there is absolutely no need to be on here! The bulk of our business was done weeks ago with the new signings even getting some minutes under their belts. Feels good watching our club conducting business in the proper manner.

3.) 09 Aug 2018 09:12:53
I must admit Binns I would like to see right back strengthened. I think we'd then be ready for any eventuality.

Forest sound like they put pressure on all the time and got the tackles in and were first to the ball, a real team effort. Colback and Janko were a class above, and our scorers will gain in confidence now. I'm going to see them on Saturday so I hope they attack like bullets again. Well done lads, it's coming together, though there will inevitably be blips along the way.

19 Sep 2018 20:51:53
One goal might not be enough.

19 Sep 2018 20:37:57
Carvalho anonymous - I suspect we may see Dias on for him second half and we might see Lolley running at them too.

1.) 19 Sep 2018 20:58:30
Think he came into it a bit by the end of the To be fair BSEred

16 Sep 2018 16:23:50
Rotherham beat Direby yesterday, so does that mean they will be a push-over at the city Ground?

1.) 16 Sep 2018 16:40:43
Derby games are often no reflection of league form.

2.) 16 Sep 2018 16:43:38
No it means we will play with one up front create minimal Clear chances, waste every corner but probably defend excellently. Trouble with that is our defenders and keeper can’t afford to make a single error as a goal against means a mountain to climb as usually means we go behind.

15 Sep 2018 19:12:54
Some of the comments on here are becoming very silly. Last season we would have easily and probably heavily lost to this Swansea side, yet today we dominated much of the play and made them ineffective. We showed some grit and determination to get to the ball first and put pressure on especially at the end. This is a very valuable point and what are people saying? We can't finish, the team is all wrong. No-one is showing any patience to let the team build itself together and show its strengths. I'm going to see the Rotherham match next week and hope to give a more accurate breakdown of what is happening but for heaven's sake some of you have patience and try to be realistic.

1.) 15 Sep 2018 19:55:53
Today was a fantastic defensive performance. However, it’s totally unrealistic of you to think a club like forest can invest 20 + million on improving attaching outcomes only for it not to improve at all. Extremely bizarre of you to appeal to people to be realistic when the reality is we haven’t improved in the final third. If Forest fans think we can spend that much money on Grabnone and a Portuguese ‘prospect’ and sustain our balanced commercial position then heaven help us.

2.) 15 Sep 2018 20:08:19
Bsered sorry mate that’s not true the Swansea side we played today in my opinion won’t finish top half .its a team of kids and loanees, today was the day for an overdue win an opportunity missed i’m afraid

3.) 15 Sep 2018 20:13:18
I don't think any forest fan can be accused of not having patience and if each if our draws had been as equally as encouraging as this one people wouldn't be moaning, the team has been wrong mainly Watson and colback which he changed like the Newcastle game and yet again it worked let's see if he goes back to playing them together again next game, think fans have the right to be critical after watching such tactical mistakes made then repeating those mistakes let's hope it's behind us

4.) 15 Sep 2018 20:23:13
OK bsered just wake me up when the season is over then

5.) 15 Sep 2018 20:54:34
Im afraid some on here would moan whatever the situation.
Some obviously have the owners ear or telepathy with him and thrive on negativity and can't wait for more turmoil.
We are more resilient this season.
I for one think we are a better side to watch than last season.
One loss having played 3 of top 6 and a couple of pre season favourites. need some luck re injuries but we will be fine

6.) 15 Sep 2018 21:24:59
Trentender do you really think people on this board want more turmoil at the club ?? You don need a telepathic link to the owner to know anything but top 6 won’t keep Ak in a job warburton gave that as the reason he had been fired ,and he had minimal investment , I stand by my post about Swansea , does that make me disloyal, because I thought it was a winnable game? I may not be as loyal and supportive as you because I will only get to about 40 matches this season, spending a fortune in the process so as you can tell I am desperate for “ more turmoil ‘ do me a favour

7.) 15 Sep 2018 21:55:09
Stevie - it was a winnable game - like me you are realistic at what the owner is expecting having splashing out more than any (non parachute) club. Keep posting your wares mate, you’re entitled to your view and those that call you negative do so because you offer an alternative beow to their own. Keep it rolling pal.

8.) 15 Sep 2018 22:59:33
so before the game started you honestly thought we should win the game and not be happy with a draw from a relegated premier team, away from home ?
I haven't questioned any fan on how much they have spent on Forest but why bother if your not enjoying it.
If I felt that negative and miserable about the manager and the players he has bought and our chances of improvement. I wouldn't bother

9.) 15 Sep 2018 23:24:43
Yes I thought it was winnable otherwise I wouldn’t have said so would I ,this isn’t the Swansea prem team they are kicking off down there about no investment all is not well at Swansea,as for the manager maybe you read the wrong post,I never criticised him, I said I thought his job was in danger if he didn’t achieve top 6 and who said going to forest made me miserable?? now your being telepathic, sorry my opinions are different to yours, maybe we should all agree about everything and do away with this board

10.) 16 Sep 2018 07:28:14
Lol trentender the big guns from Swansea with what you and a few other happy clappers on here have said a crap mckay in there team one of our rejects yes a big bad Swansea that will be lucky to make top 10 get a grip we had plenty of chances to finish off what could be a Sunderland team this season now we face what should be a easy game against Wednesday if we lose against them what excuse will you give then quick you have 3 days to find one lol

11.) 16 Sep 2018 07:47:52
So trentbender do you think aks style of football is entertaining so far barring Newcastle?
Yesterday was an improvement but he needs to address the the lack of goals.
We have a proven goal scorer in grabben if he's used properly ie not a lone striker role he will score. But ak won't change his style.

12.) 16 Sep 2018 10:10:58
What managers spend over 6m on a 20 plus goals a season forward and don't play to his strengths karanka does. Hopefully at home he will play someone else up with grabbon or a little closer. Until he starts doing this grabbon will struggle.

13.) 16 Sep 2018 11:03:06
Skegsjay Swansea have lost 12 players from their squad from last year and have spent nothing, their fans are doing their nuts about it as you have already pointed out they could well be the new Sunderland, yet some on here seem to think they still resemble a prem team , make no mistake yesterday was 2 points dropped, dispite what the happy clappers will have you believe

14.) 16 Sep 2018 12:22:56
Same team who beat Millwall away with 10 men? There are no easy games in this league.

15.) 16 Sep 2018 13:04:01
Scouse you can isolate 1 result to make a team look better, they won’t finish top half in my opinion I will admit though they have won nearly half as many games in the last 7 as mr karanka has in the last 30 suppose its not bad for a team who have spent nothing compared to his near 25 mill

16.) 16 Sep 2018 13:05:58
Plus the fact i never said easy but had to be classed as winnable for me

17.) 16 Sep 2018 13:19:21
Trentender and another thing I am a forest fan that’s why I bother always will be the fact that you wouldn’t is maybe the difference between us

18.) 16 Sep 2018 20:26:36
The poor Swansea team that's imploding and sit in the top 6

19.) 16 Sep 2018 21:41:54
Yeah after 7 games all you karanka lovers keep telling us you can’t judge our team yet but when it suits you you can judge another after 7 games lmao

Seems to me we have never had anyone who could take really good corners now for several years. Can anyone remember a player who could do so consistently?

Well said Worthing. You have to wade through a lot of tripe on here before you realise how much there actually is. It's not AK it's the players on the pitch who are not doing it, so we need to give the team time, and therefore the Manager. Forget the Doomsayers on here, have a little faith.

AK very quick off the mark to get a right full back so soon - to me that's a good sign!

If it's true then the money from Brereton and Worrall needs to go for replacements asap.

He'd be no good as a full back Rogie.

Yacob and Hatch are tall midfielders with Yacob a solid DM, Hatch a bit more on the creative side. They will do a job for us when injuries pile up and things get tough, but I can still see a role for Bridcutt, depends if AK feels the same about him.

I reckon he'll join if we have a top six finish, otherwise he might be looking for Prem League status.

He is very good and noticeable that him and Fox have struck up a really good partnership, but for me Janko and Robinson are equally as important - they defend well, have pace and can put in brilliant crosses, plus Robinson has freed up Osborn to do the job he craved for and does well.

Look how Pants reacted to Bannan's free-kick in front of goal: got his wall right so Bannan only had one place to aim and then just paced across the goal line to pluck it out of the air- he's so big he only takes one pace to our two and so tall it's never going in over him.

The thing is Skegs there is negative criticism and positive criticism and with professional footballers and managers all paying lip-service to their rich agents, it's not easy to get through to many of them, but by introducing lots of new experienced faces (the old guys as people kept calling them at one point) pitch and club discipline has improved quickly. Grabban for example needed positive re-inforcement from AK rather than destructive criticism and that's what he got. If players are giving their all then you cannot ask for more, but you can praise them for what they do well, and that has a positive not negative effect. If players are no good then they should not be on the pitch.
