If what I hear is right the City Ground is once again back in the red!
CARLO.

carlo

1.) 17 Jun 2017 18:32:50
We need to be in the Black, not the Red.

2.) 17 Jun 2017 19:20:22
I think Carlo is talking about Dulux and Magicote not Pounds and Pence.

3.) 17 Jun 2017 19:43:58
J B F C
I know, the club is feeling flush as the toilets are being improved aswell.

4.) 17 Jun 2017 20:50:52
Joe, joe, joe baker. lol.

5.) 17 Jun 2017 21:22:16
Someone is taking the michael.
CARLOi.

6.) 17 Jun 2017 21:29:29
Forget the window dressing. We will know we are on the up when they work out how to sell everyone a pie and a pint in 15 minutes at half time?

The ground and catering compared to other grounds in the Championship and League 1 is a disgrace!

7.) 17 Jun 2017 22:08:35
We will know when we on the up if the bar is open in first place.
Bc stand its been closed mostly for two years.

8.) 18 Jun 2017 20:57:06
Talking of paint. "Matt" Derbyshire's off to Leeds! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹.

16 May 2017 16:41:10
The reason Pinillos is leaving is probably the dreaded word, AGENT!
Only have eyes for their percentage of the deal . usually little regard for their player, like I say the scourge of modern football.
CARLO.

carlo

1.) 16 May 2017 19:04:40
Can I take the dissenter is in favour of football agents, eg. like the one who made 41 m out of Man Utd last season!
CARLO.

2.) 16 May 2017 19:31:14
I rate DP and think he is a very very good left back but may not be the wing back MW wants to fit in with his system for next season. Still worries me that Fox and Traore seem to have been chosen ahead of him.

3.) 16 May 2017 20:37:02
DO has been excellent but with two serious injuries behind him this could have led to, or been a part of the decision?
To me it's a sad loss of a great player who gave his all.

4.) 16 May 2017 20:43:54
I do believe you are right.

5.) 17 May 2017 07:58:36
Pinilos has been bang average since returning from injury and isn't athletic enough to fit 3-4-3 MW likes to play. Traore is much, much better when fit.

6.) 17 May 2017 12:48:27
What's the point in being better if you can only play 899 min s in one season? that's not even 10 full games last season!
Pinillos didn't return from a bad injury till after Xmas and still managed 1,222 mins 13 and a half games.

7.) 17 May 2017 12:48:56
I've heard that Forest would only offer a 1-year deal after his injury and Pinillos wanted a longer contract.

If that is true, I think the club has got this one right.

8.) 17 May 2017 18:03:16
S S W E

You are so right.

Chris Cohen took a 1 year deal, so why not Pinillos.

If he stayed fit next season and put in some decent performances he would most likely have been offered a 2/ 3 year deal.

He did not have confidence in being able to stay fit.

9.) 17 May 2017 19:58:47
If he had anything about him he'd have took a one year to prove himself, if as he says he loves it here?
After all we paid his wages and got him the best medical treatment while he was sidelined, so he could have paid us back?
Save your tears for someone whos worth it.

11 May 2017 13:54:00
I don't think we need lots of signings this summer, what we most need is a very effective dominant creative midfielder and better still if he is a natural captain, big ask I know and we won, t be the only ones looking but let's hope Mcparland does the business . The players who remain just need real management and hopefully we have the right man this time.

Two players who might come good are Lam and Yeats, both good young players needing strong management. Two to Three signings at the most for me.
CARLO.

carlo

1.) 11 May 2017 17:48:19
Lam, popped up with a couple of goals last season. However i personally think he's too lightweight. πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€”.

2.) 11 May 2017 18:05:56
Mw style of play is playing football the right way with possesion there for we need players who are happy to take the ball at all times lam in my opinion wasnt able during the season get caught many time in possesion.

3.) 11 May 2017 20:49:23
Lam was bought in as a ball playing centre half.
He ain't strong enough and on his debut against Burton cost us three goals and scored a screamer.
He played couple more games giving goals Away till he was moved to midfield and he wasn't anything special.
He gave a penalty and a goal away playing for Finland, even though he's Dutch, and they dropped him although still in the squad. Poor player get rid if we can? .

4.) 11 May 2017 22:58:15
forever forest

100 percent with you on that.

5.) 11 May 2017 23:03:35
Or Forestforever even Dohhh!

07 May 2017 17:49:23
Just a taste of what it could be, just got to get him out get stability and get the club run run properly, surley things must get better, great atmosphere got to keep it going, please!
Got to have hope.
CARLO
Thanks for the mention RR, let's all be nice.

carlo

1.) 07 May 2017 18:30:27
CARLO.

2.) 07 May 2017 18:23:15
No probs Carlo! Like everyone else just glad it's all over mate. I'm sure we can a force next season, we all saw what we can do when needs must! On to the next chapter, and let's hope it's a happy ending at the RIGHT end of the table! COYRS!

3.) 07 May 2017 20:21:16
Nice to see the flags out Carlo?
The futures bright the futures Forest!

4.) 07 May 2017 22:36:39
As long as Fawaz is out I'm happy, as I've said Don't know the man but a disastourus 5years are hopefully over, perhaps his intentions were good but just wouldn't let it alone and knew nothing about it, never seemed to learn.
CARLO.

06 May 2017 12:35:08
Rumblings about Bristol City and Brentford putting out weakened sides.
Hope they are not clubs who have a grudge against Fawaz seeking revenge for some past dealings .
It's a funny old game.
CARLO.

carlo

1.) 06 May 2017 13:55:33
The football league have reminded clubs of the rules and warned them of the consequences of not following them, hopefully this will encourage them to play the strongest team that they have available. That said Ipswich have nothing to play for so they have every opportunity to play a weakened team. All Forest can do is win and concentrate on just that.

2.) 06 May 2017 14:12:06
Shouldn't have to worry about other sides, need to step up and get the job done themselves. Players owe it to the fans.

3.) 06 May 2017 14:39:19
Longeatonred spot on mate ipswich have as much to play for as the rest the only question that needs answering tomorrow is are we good enough i feel we are just need to be clinical.

4.) 06 May 2017 15:32:53
Clinical in front of goal.

5.) 06 May 2017 15:51:00
Reading 3 Huddersfield 2 derby 2.
We can be clinical at home.
Just need to turn up and play like we did in those games and get in front early and we'll be OK.
If we were away I wouldn't give us a prayer.

6.) 06 May 2017 17:02:06
The football league need to pull there finger out and make sure weakened sides aren't put out on Sunday. they should make an example of Huddersfield and they should of done it before now to make sure it didn't happen again.

7.) 06 May 2017 18:06:10
Brentford have got some injuries same as last week against Fulham
Colin, Mcormack and Henry need fitness tests, mcrachen and couple others are long term injuries, so he can't put a full side out.
Good news
Is Jota and Vibe are fit the 24 goals trike force.
Lee Johnson is only saying he might give a couple of younger players a chance and one of those has hit 31 goals for their under 23 side.
So let's put it to bed and let forest do the buisness on the pitch.

8.) 06 May 2017 21:19:40
The truth of the situation is if we don't take care of business tomorrow its not brentford and bristols fault if we go down, let's do our business first. You Reds.

9.) 06 May 2017 21:35:40
Correct.

10.) 07 May 2017 08:28:09
Injuries are part and parcel of football changing nearly a whole team for your own gain and giving someone an easy game isn't part and parcel of football especially not in a competition where a lot of money is involved.

11.) 07 May 2017 10:29:25
Collecting for cats again Utf? It's in our own hands, win today and we stay up-11vs11 with a full house hopefully backing the players for the full 90 mins.
We can't blame somebody else's team selection for our terrible season-blame our own team selections if you want to blame somebody, some of them have been shocking this season.
I'm confident for today, I don't think Blackburn or brum will do what's required and we should get a result at home in front of a full house-if we can't we deserve to be relegated. I just hope the fans get what they deserve. Coyrs.

1.) 21 Oct 2017 10:46:58
I know it's like leaving home without your mobile coyrs win today

2.) 21 Oct 2017 11:57:41
A convincing win is the order of today.a struggle will show Just where we are under warbo.
He’s had everything on a plate so far whilst the last 3-4 have had to work at keeping there heads above water.

3.) 21 Oct 2017 12:09:46
You keep saying he had everything on a plate please explain a bit more sutton

4.) 21 Oct 2017 13:02:00
Wants to be careful it,s not his head on a plate!put Vellios on the bench at least.
CARLO

5.) 21 Oct 2017 13:24:22
Agree with velios should of played him or sold him in summer can't understand that one but saying that he's not done much scoring in the reserves so don't know but would be nice if someone explained why our top scorer pre season doesn't even make bench

6.) 21 Oct 2017 13:30:59
He’s not had a meddling owner dictating to him what he can and can’t do.hes not hadn’t that same owner picking the teams for him.hes been given what he wants when he wants it.hes got a new owner that doesn’t get involved and has bought the community back together.
He said had nothing on his mind other than the football side of things whilst others have had to battle with a dictator.
Or does non of that make and difference this season?

7.) 21 Oct 2017 14:05:36
You honestly think Pearce would have a owner dictate to him no chance and as for gave him what he wants I don't think the 4 million what he was given for players quite what he just wanted and of I remember right fawaz gave Pearce a lot more than that to spend I'm just glad fawaz as gone and marinkas looks a good owner but wouldn't say mw as been given everything on a plate

8.) 21 Oct 2017 14:22:07
Pearce didn’t even know darlow and jl were being sold till they went that shows how much pearce was in charge.like I said pearce ad to try and sort the club out and was trying his best off the field as well as on it.warvo hasn’t had to do any of that.all he has had to do is sort the on field and he’s strugling at that.

9.) 21 Oct 2017 14:34:05
All I know is you'll be lucky to see a convincing win in this wind.
I'll take any win.
At least we play it on the floor.
Tippy tappy all.lolπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

10.) 21 Oct 2017 14:47:56
This wind should suit us down to the ground then.why can’t a tea that keep it on the floor win convincingly in this wind?get some tempo in the game and maybe just maybe we could get a decent win.keep pottering round with it with no directness or pace and it will be same old same old

11.) 21 Oct 2017 15:15:11
What "TEA"are you talking about?πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

12.) 21 Oct 2017 18:02:25
Ill give you a " tip its pg " !!πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

CARLO

carlo

1.) 19 Oct 2017 23:27:21
Pierre Van Hooijdonk.

2.) 21 Oct 2017 08:37:37
Stuart Pearce

3.) 21 Oct 2017 13:49:45
Robert Rosario πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

19 Oct 2017 18:57:27
MW listened to the fans about wearing a suit pitch side but will he listen about anything else ?
CARLO

carlo

1.) 21 Oct 2017 08:36:11
The fans don’t know what they want half the time. Why would any manager do what the fans want?

All managers are right when they win. Useless when they loose.

I think the best manager for Forest will be at the City Ground this afternoon.

2.) 21 Oct 2017 08:46:40
I agree wishey. People moan MW has no plan B but when he changes and we lose they say he hasn't got a clue tactically. The only way he can win over some on here is to win every game and for every sub to come on and score. Me, I want us to stay up and build for next season. As long as we are not in the relegation fight MW should stay and get time. If we get sucked into the dogfight again then and only then would I look at changing him. don't think that will happen though.

3.) 21 Oct 2017 20:32:45
Warburton is clueless...and the sooner people realise this the better.

18 Oct 2017 11:47:34
Being sacked is now par for the course in football for managers ,and often very quickly.
Most have a contract that see,s them leave with a pay off so financially they usually do OK.
Does this give them a world where getting the sack isn,t too much of a worry because many seem to soon find another football job, so maybe if their in a job that dosen,t suit the sack is a good option.
CARLO

carlo

1.) 18 Oct 2017 15:28:44
As warburton sees us as s stepping stone (like rangers and Brentford) it’s in his best interest to do his best for those clubs.he did ok at Brentford and failed at rangers and is faultering here.

2.) 19 Oct 2017 00:53:21
As a stopping stone?. can't see how if he gets sacked. he will be lucky if he ends up at Mansfield.

17 Oct 2017 20:22:35
I attended the Notts v Lincoln match and the big difference I noticed between the Notts and Forest players is in a word passion ,Notts seemed to have a great deal we seem to lack it.
The majority of reds fans seem to think Lichaj ,Hobbs,Caroyal,Vellious aren,t being treated fairly ,if the players see it the same way the team spirit will be low ,in other words no passion

carlo

1.) 17 Oct 2017 20:26:46
Winning and a balanced team helps?

2.) 17 Oct 2017 20:41:44
Different league and not seen a lack of effort, can't compare Notts with forest.
They'd be anchored to the bottom of the championship with that side.

3.) 17 Oct 2017 21:24:51
Ff that have League two players and are playing in league two with passion.hes not talkin about them being better than us just that they are showing guts and passion and wanting to grind out a result in there own league with there players.
Jumped the gun there

4.) 17 Oct 2017 21:48:25
Passion belongs in the bedroom.
EFFORT belongs on the pitch and I go to games and haven't seen a lack of it.
Notts lost 2nil to Crewe tonight, normal service resumed.

5.) 18 Oct 2017 05:23:47
Ff i disagree leagues below us show more passion and heart than some of the players at forest.
Imagine a forest side with the urgency and desire not to give in and put in 100% each game.

6.) 18 Oct 2017 05:25:33
A typical ff reply i see.
If you see effort in this team and warburton you need to go to Specsavers πŸ€“πŸ€“

7.) 18 Oct 2017 06:32:27
I didn't realise there was leagues for passion on a football pitch its about wanting to play with pride and passion for the club not what league it is your bang on Carlo saying we don't have the same passion cause we don't I played in the conference and few years ago half of these mamby pamby players wouldn't last 10 games

8.) 18 Oct 2017 07:00:35
So now your saying the players go out and play without pride and passion?
Load of crapp .
You tell me who those players are?
You just can't except losing a match with out pointing the finger at the manager and now the players.
Club deserves better fans than that.
Sack the manager;he's clueless
As k the players they don't care.
You'll be wanting new owners better all they back the manager, which is more than you lot on this thread.

9.) 18 Oct 2017 10:42:04
79 the most opinionated πŸ’Ίsupporter ever πŸ˜€if you read my posts I DON'T WANT THE MANAGER SACKED is that clear enough for you losing 6 games actually out of 13 again your facts are s____e I suggest your carry on watching games in your πŸ’Ί πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

10.) 18 Oct 2017 11:12:49
So what do you want? Seeing as we have players with no passion?
I would think if that is the case,no manager will be able to sort that out.
Your the one saying there's no passion and namby pamby players, your words, not mine.
So what's your solution to this problem?

11.) 18 Oct 2017 11:45:58
Not just me saying it if you read posts on here the majority can't all be wrong , My solotion if I had on I'd be the manager wouldn't i but it's pretty obvious we need a few experience players of the championship not many but people who would help grind a few results take barnsley for example I was there we battered them and lost I'm not saying we need journey men just a couple of good quality players to help what is undoubtedly a young skill full squad

12.) 18 Oct 2017 11:58:13
We all know we are not the finished article and need some additions.
But you can't go out and bring in ten players or more in one transfer window.
Players have to be released first to make way as well and there are a few that will be but not till the end of this campaign.
I'm just disagreeing with you when you say we lack passion and pride.

13.) 18 Oct 2017 13:13:21
Stuart Pearce in a forest shirt typified what I'd call passion for our club we don't have on player whom would take that on his shoulders the nearest thing we have is joe Worrall but still a young boy and probably lichau apart from that we don't have passion in my opinion

14.) 18 Oct 2017 13:28:40
Your confusing leadership from a captain, with "Passion"
We don't have a captain type player at the moment, but I'm sure he'll be aware of that.
Pearce was not just passionate he was a very talented player with a lethal left foot, players like him don't come along very often.
But you can't say the whole team lacks it,or we might as well all pack in going, you can't say Eric and Osborn didn't show passion and fight against the sheep?
It's more a case of some are just not quite good enough and the youngsters are learning and it's a harsh league to learn your trade.
Keep the faith 3 points saturday and everyone's hapyπŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

15.) 18 Oct 2017 14:16:42
FF, We are saying they DON'T PLAY with heart or passion.
Try reading threads instead of looking between the lines!
You keep praising the breadman ff Patience you say blah blah blah..fans deserve results.
We work hard to see our club succeed not lose and not to hear the manager say we lost today but not to worry as we are a work in progress etc. wake up man.

16.) 18 Oct 2017 14:40:17
You need to wake up,you say you don't ant him sacked, but you continually berate him and the players.
Crapp to say they don't play with heart or passion.
Go down the lane mate and watch the passionate dross there, you won't be missed.

17.) 18 Oct 2017 18:52:40
Why are you getting angry for people's opinions if you think pearce was just a captain then your way off the mark he contained more passion and pride to where both forest and England shirt he wasn't just a captain I think it's you are getting confused over what's the difference 79

18.) 18 Oct 2017 23:15:54
Have another look at what I said about pshyco? The man's a legend and best left back and captain I've had the privelege to watch.

19.) 19 Oct 2017 09:10:37
I suggest you read what I put about Pearce again, I said he was a very talented player as well as captain and they don't come along very often.
He's the best left back I've had the privelege to watch and one of the best dead ball specialists as well.
Who's getting angry?
I'm just not having it that the current side lack passion and effort
That's my opinion and you don't like it.

20.) 19 Oct 2017 09:11:00
FF, i never said i want the manager sacked, i said he's clueless one dimensional and not the man to take the club forward and i also said some players lack passion for this club.
I speak what myself and others see and feel.
Why are County dross as you say?
Let me guess because they are a couple of divisions beneath us?

21.) 19 Oct 2017 13:54:56
So just to clarify;
Warburton is a one dimensional, clueless manager? And not the man to take the club forward?
But you want him to stay as manager?and not be sacked?
Am I correct in what your saying?

Jorge might suprise us in the new season, most seem to think he, ll be a bit player or go out on loan but with a little bulking up in the gym he could make his mark, no doubt technically he, s oK needs more strength but this can come at his age, l, d like to see him come good.

Like I said the other day players know when a manager is not picking the best team hence EL ,s celebration.
IMO it,s good to see Eric playing but others are receiving the same treatment and this doesn,t create a good spirit.
Lack of passion and commitment so lacking first half.
