PM confirmed yesterday that a keeper could be coming Monday and is of Eastern European heritage. Names flying around are Pantilimon (Romania, Watford) , Skorupski (Poland, Roma) , Rajkovic (Serbia, Meccabi Tel Aviv) , Kozacik (Slovakia, Viktoria) and Kalinic (Croatia, Hajduck Split) . Personally would love Kalinic, would suggest looking up his tape looks a right player, but all names seem better than what we have!

I could start up a Wiki page and claim to be a Forest player, I wouldn't trust what it says on that site.

Apparently Paul Taylor has already questioned PM on Tatarusano and he's replied that 'he is an option if other deals do not progress'.

He's a liability anyway, well out of his depth a Fiorentina.

Fiorentina are after Costil because Tatarusanu is a flapper. He's not good enough for a top 6 Serie A side.

If he's worth £15m why is he being linked with us? No one will ever pay £15m for him, that's a figure plucked out of the sky (or transfermarkt) .

It is thought forest have narrowed the search for a striker down to Fraizer Campbell (Crystal Palace) and Jonathan Kodjia (Bristol City) , both having proven to be handy strikers in the championship. Campbell would look to cost around 2mill while Kodjia would cost anywhere around 2.5mill to 4mill. There is still no clear midfield target atm though.

Montanier is after Gardner, as according to the Birmingham Mail he may be out of favour, and according to a source at the club he is happy with his highlight tape from forest. If all doesn't go to plan expect him to look at Panagiotis Tachtsidis from Genoa, as 1.) he tried to sign him at Rennes and 2.) he's Greek, so 'new owners' would approve.

It does make sense to bring him in like I said 4 days ago, didn't get a great response from my suggestion tho. He knows what's what at forest and is a decent player, think it's a sensible option as all the foreign players are untested and will take a while to settle in to the squad.

Admittedly Gardner wasn't great on back end of last season but who was really? Think the changes will be a new lease of life for all the players and there is no denying Gardner has the quality, just about playing in a set up which shows the squads attributes.

He's not a striker, he a left-sided attacking midfielder/ winger.

He spent most of the last two seasons either injured or out of favour but before that he was very highly rated and was being watched by top European sides. If he's cheap and we can get him firing it could be a shrewd acquisition.
