We don't need any more players the wrong side of 30 on high wages and long contracts. As good as Fox has been at CB this season, he's ultimately playing for a contract to see him through to retirement so there's no guarantee his form will continue after he's signed on the dotted line, I would personally let him go and find another CB. That said I don't believe Dawson is the answer, he's 34 and IMO opinion hasn't been great for Hull for a couple of seasons now and is only going to decline further. Let's continue to get fresh blood in to the club who can take us forward.

It looks like a few on here would like to see Dawson back. I think he would be a good addition to the squad but ONLY if he is given a ONE year contract.
I doubt he would come with that offer but we will be in a much better place to bargain at the end of the season.

Can't believe we're even considering Dawson, how many other 34 year old pros will be out there with no club at the end of the season, why not get them all in, surely there has to be more ambition than that. If you think the Dawsons of this world are going to get us to the premiership you're delusional. Maybe nostalgia is taking over again, get an ex red back, it'll be great. Have we not learnt our lesson, move on, move forward, have some actually ambition.

Gazza the goalposts have been moved by the owners,who want promotion to the premier asap.
The building a young team idea has gone out the window now.
It's bring seasoned pros even if it's just for one season and try to get there that way.
