Would like to see what players are interested in coming into the club now. The club have brought in these managers, its the clubs fault totally. This new coach is getting cash for nothing, good luck to him. Be gone in three months, then whose next.
Fills me with pride knowing we will be top 20ish next season. Any season tickets for sale, half price? you must be joking can, t give them away.

Depressing since1951. And all because "Senior players" don't like the manager's approach or tactics. My guess is MON/RK told them a few home truths and they blabbed to the owner about being dealt with harshly or maybe their agents did. I fear it was the same with AK. This "lost the dressing room" means they don't like to be disciplined and want a nice cushy life on several grand a week to broddle about down the bottom of the division and play how they want. Sickening. Like many here I'm not sure I can be bothered with them any more, and I"m certainly not going to watch them slither down the table - though my guess is after the first three games they will be a Divisional anchor anyway.

2.) 28 Jun 2019 18:58:45
Only 1 solution sack the moaning players as well. What happens if they don't like this manager. Regardless of whether they will make it I don't see any of the younger players getting a chance now. Might as well sell them.

3.) 29 Jun 2019 13:25:32
I wonder if it's worth giving Guinness a ring to see if we have the record most managers yet if now prob will have another in 6 months its disgusting the way this club handles things never know our Greek owner might gave read a lot of the comments about getting rid of o'Neil on here coupled with some of the rubbish players we have moaning and done it I really can't see what this guy is going to bring to the club but 6 months we'll have someone else in. welcom to forest.

Next poor ref decision will be a disallowed goal for us in the last minute for a victory.
When he writes up tonight's match report l wonder if he will put he made a bad call . He will know he has, it's up to the refs panel to make a judgement on his penalty. That sort of decision may cost clubs many millions re promotion or relegation.

since1951

1.) 13 Feb 2019 05:45:38
Refs make mistakes that’s a fact always have they are only human but what I didn’t like from mason was he never gave himself even a second of thinking time blew his whistle straight away now to me that says he was 100% convinced that a foul as been committed an yet there wasn’t one so how can he give it and the lolley one was pathetic he saw the shirt pull but bottled giving us a pen all in all he should get a 3 game ban an be made to explain to the fa and forest his actions but won’t happen

2.) 13 Feb 2019 10:46:56
I actually feel a little sorry for Mason. He was sold a dud by Gayle and that is bad but he was looking at the ball and players feet for Lolley pen and other officials did nothing. I think VAR need improving before being used but maybe it is time we had 4 or 6 assistants maybe behind goals who are there to help with these big decisions? So often one man (the ref) has to be watching everything and linesmen are rubbish and can’t keep up. this season Forest have had some big decisions go against them. is hard to know the answers but the FA really need to sort it as some decisions this season have been crazy!

3.) 13 Feb 2019 11:19:14
Gayle should get a 3 game ban for that, it's the only way to discourage people from diving.

Well done Forest, really unlucky not to get 3 great away points.

4.) 14 Feb 2019 03:41:37
For me all it needs is the 4th official to be watching the replays on an iPad or something an he could alert the ref through his mic

Went to Notts this afternoon collecting for prostate cancer. Spoke to one or two fans and was told manager had lost the dressing room, but also not speaking to many staff at the ground. After watching the match l would thought he would have blasted the players if he was still there as their was players going through the motions, They obviously deserved it they are crap . Saw them twice this season, boy how bad they are and l am glad Vaughan is not being picked, dismal. Mr. Mcparland dropped by and donated, well done to all Donors and collectors, a big thank you.

Great of you to give your time up for such an important cause as cancer,it affects us all and I lost my brother to it in September, football always comes second to family and such a nasty disease.
On the football side the owner panicked, not once but twice in such a short space of time.

2.) 18 Nov 2018 09:54:57
That awful desease has played its evil part in my family too 1951 so well done pal.
Respect.

3.) 19 Nov 2018 21:38:39
The lost dressing room has been found abandoned in the car park outside the Flat Pack Stadium!

4.) 21 Nov 2018 16:01:14
Gazzibaldi, feel your pain, sitting next to my wife in her hospital bed after a brutal chemo treatment.

Respect to all who share their time to help others.

Our owner l feel has done the business, he has increased season ticket holders and some improvements to areas in the ground. As he has encouraged juveniles to get tickets at all ages, l would think they would be looking for exciting football. As they are not fully aware of the ins and outs of the game, they just take in what is in front of them.

To be honest is it enough to get them going, they jump up when we score . The enthusiasm of kids at half time knows no bounds, and wish the club could bottle it. When winter has arrived cold, wet damp misty days the only thing that's gets me warmed up is Bovril . Hope he visiting to kick backsides, we will see after these next two games.

I have as some of you are aware had medical treatment and have not renewed my season ticket, as l was not sure if l would be able to come to matches. Anyway all has turned out satisfactory, but don't have a seat. I now get tickets for matches l can get to and all is fine.

But, in sitting in various stands next to fellow fans l have found out what a most miserable and unfriendly crowd we have. I might have been unlucky in my choice of seat, but l think that the reason the seats have not been taken is of the said observations. Try and lighten up fans be more accommodating to either fellow reds or visitors.

Hope you continue to be well mate. take care

2.) 23 Sep 2018 21:44:07
51 Ff799 has an empty seat next to him. I'm sure you both bring a smile to each others faces in the BC Stand? 😊

3.) 23 Sep 2018 22:09:17
51. Hope your illness is now behind you and I wish you good health for the future.
I have been saying this about Forest supporters for years they are finkle and impatient.
Crap manager year after year. Not buying enough players then buying to many. All of them knowing better formations than the manager
The list is endless.

4.) 23 Sep 2018 22:19:08
Yep it's still empty but apparently sold when you phone up.
Either someone's got more money than sense or there's a bit of a clock up?🤔

5.) 24 Sep 2018 06:43:30
FF79, surely a modern radical free thinker such as Red makes his purchases on line ?

6.) 24 Sep 2018 09:00:23
Thats seats comes with a health warning and direct dial phone to the Samaritans.

7.) 24 Sep 2018 09:24:44
Yep Online ticketing is the only way pick your seat and whoopy cushion. I live in hope that one day they will be able to organise drinks and snacks to the seat!

799 and 51 need to exchange seat numbers to buddy up.

8.) 24 Sep 2018 12:49:32
Ff799 any chance of forwarding the details ,looking to park myself somewhere, is it a nose bleeder seat ,high at the back?

9.) 24 Sep 2018 19:18:02

A few months back a friend of mine who is into dementia went to a conference at AEK, Athens and met our owner. My friend rightly got the impression that he our owner cared about the health and welfare of our players. I get the impression from some on here that once a player is injury prone or in a position of career ending situations it's time to" get rid". I have read it on this site, when players give there services and receive a knock it could be serious, not like a knock on a normal 9 to 5 job.

Since1951

1.) 20 Jul 2022 10:31:32
In any big business your biggest asset is your workforce. Their health and safety is your major concern.

2.) 20 Jul 2022 10:47:38
Plenty of dangers in normal 9 to 5 jobs mate and plenty of people who struggle in those jobs who can’t afford private healthcare etc.

3.) 20 Jul 2022 13:40:31
I don’t understand how any premiership club or supporter would not want Jessie Lingaard in there squad, he’s probably one of the best attacking players in the premiership and he’s an England international, it’s a no brainier for me with him being a free agent to, we are not going to get many chances to sign the likes of this lad…. well not in our first season back in the premiership anyway, I’d be honoured and proud to see him come and sign for us……. I’ve got everything crossed this one happens.

4.) 20 Jul 2022 14:18:04
Go to agree jolly - it’s down to cooper and Co to keep the other players happy and possibly discuss wages and the benefits of having a player like him. I don’t like to think too much about the money side of it (as I’ve said so many times - none of it makes any sense) but he is a quality player so if he comes I’ll be happy. Trust in cooper and Dane to get it right ?.

5.) 20 Jul 2022 14:22:08
Jolly: waaaay too much per week. Want 180,000 per week and was 'only' on 75,000 per week at man utd. Yeah, played some decent stuff for West ham, but even they - with a huge amount of expendable money - won't pay this much. He was awful at man utd, and lost his England place, so they shipped him out. I'd say pass.

6.) 20 Jul 2022 15:35:12
Spot on 2tone got to agree with what you say too, I trust and have total faith in cooper and Murphy to get it right and get the right players in, but if our great owner wants to bring a quality premier league player to our famous club then as a supporter I would more than welcome it…. chimaera71 I get what your saying and respect your point and concerns, but facts are facts we need players like this in our team to stand a fighting chance of mixing it with the likes of Man U, Chelsea ect so we’ve got to take a chance on a player like this at some time or another so why not give Jessie a fair chance to prove himself at Forest!

7.) 20 Jul 2022 19:58:57
Id much rather Davis. Much cheaper over the course of a few years and will have sell on value, not to mention upsetting the dressing room.
If he was on 75 at ManU and now thinks he's worth 180, I don't quite see how that stacks up. Clearly has no interest in who he really plays for and for me that speaks volumes. Also, he's been an anti climax frankly.

12 Jun 2022 19:15:48
I don't want to see any club fold, but all clubs must be treated equally and the same. Bury Bolton Derby and whoever else should be given the same amount of time to get there finances sorted. Then after that if not sorted its told time, as in any other type of business.

Bowie, read in the mail on line today, at Seaham Conservative club they were having wrestling bouts. Wrestlers can use garden strimmer glad florescent tubs and clubs to beat each other. Various tickets can be bought including family tickets inclusive. They don't mess about at your end of the world mate. It's their to read on line in today's mail. 🤕🤕🤕🤕🤕🤕.

2.) 13 May 2022 00:04:45
Tell ya what 1951 i know ya like your politics. i'm just hoping we get these play offs out the way before Finland signs into NATO 🤔😳.

3.) 13 May 2022 09:26:40
Yep, right their Bowie. Don't like dishonesty, when people's rights abused, and being lied to. Any party . Equal rights . I am more honest than is good for me. I know I go off on one, trouble is I care .

4.) 13 May 2022 09:50:45
Have worked in many places not known to many, and never signed the official secrets act. Enough said.

5.) 13 May 2022 10:48:55
Fighting with weapons is clearly illegal under the Offences Against the Person Act 1861 even with the consent of the participants. Probably a breach of various Public Order Acts as well. I can only think it’s explicitly billed as a theatrical performance of some kind. If someone dies it’s getting towards Manslaughter. I hope the venue is insured. Still the Tories are not usually too bothered about complying with the law as we see over Partygate. The law is ( famously) for plebs only.
What next? Gladiator contests to the death or bear baiting? 🤔🤔.

{Ed007's Note - Modern wrestling is called Sports Entertainment and you can see these "Death Matches" all over the world every night of the week but they are banned from being shown on TV shows and kids are normally not allowed to be in the audience which seems to be where the problem lies at the event you mention.
Most of the injuries are superficial with the wrestlers themselves "blading" (cutting themselves with hidden blades) to maximise the blood on show, a quick shower and a few plasters and they're off home and ready to do the same thing the next night.}

6.) 13 May 2022 11:24:26
Must tell my wife not to hit so hard next time, it's supposed to be fun.

7.) 13 May 2022 12:29:48
Well Ed that’s all pretty grim mate!
I’m reminded of 2 relevant lines.
Firstly “ That’s Entertainment “ by the legend that is Paul Weller.
Secondly, “ Are you not entertained? Is that not why you are all here? ” Maximus played brilliantly by Russell Crowe in “Gladiator”.
Says it all really. 😞.

{Ed007's Note - It's changed days since Big Daddy was entertaining grannies in bingo halls.}

8.) 13 May 2022 13:19:03
🤣 ED007 i was more of a kendo nagasaki fan .

{Ed007's Note - 😁

9.) 13 May 2022 19:59:10
Giant haystacks would kick all there asses into touch 🤜🏻🥾😵…………. just like what forest are going to do to Sheffield utd, kick there asses, well that’s what I really really want to happen, well if we’re lucky 🍀.

Class always tells.
Luck is when you fall into a rose Bush and either come out snelling of roses or smelling of sh*t.
The two legs won't be decided on Luck that's for sure.
Nice to see you back jolly in a mire positive mood.

Hi reds, with past discussions on ladies football, some of you thought that women were crashing in and are not as good as men .
Just to point out ladies first recollection of playing the game was in 1881 at Edinburgh Easter Road.
As men in the first world war were away fighting women's football really got a grip and in 1915 matches and leagues were established. Just thought some of us dinosaurs might show some recognition of appreciation . A little knowledge goes a long way.

1.) 01 May 2022 15:15:02
I would just like to apologies to all my comrades in arms on here especially my good friend Bowie who has stuck with me and not chosen to have nothing more to do with me and to tell you the truth (as I always will) I wouldn't have blamed him not to want to talk to me again after what I said, so a special thanks to Bowie for standing by me just shows what a great man he is, understanding, a great family man, has a heart as big as nottingham itself and he's the best friend anyone could wish to have. hope you've had a safe trip home my good mate and as you know you have my unreservedly apologies. Formerly Jolly.

2.) 01 May 2022 15:30:22
My apologies to 2tone, MVRed and fff79 as well for not being there to meet all you great chaps at the station and the match, guess I got what I deserved and missed a great game of football but not only that I let all you lads down which hurts the most.

Thank you for all the messages I got when I left the site so a big thanks to McGovern5,redbrad, Rutland red7,Bordeaux red and last but not least gingerkid42 alls I will say is ginger kid you hit the nail on the head, nice one mate.

3.) 01 May 2022 15:50:09
No worries Jolly, good to see you back, hope you're all good fella and all set for a nail biting finish to the season! 🌳.

4.) 01 May 2022 15:54:20
Sorry again guys my last message on something which is not football related as I don't want to give this great site the title of being a woman's own sort of thing but have to say this, thank you to all the Edds for letting me back on the greatest football forum site ever nottingham forest rumours. Co . Uk that is and just want to say to moulder who had to sleep in his car that my good friend Bowie would have been there to help you like a shot no matter where you was weather it be Bognor or Brechin if you would have asked him to, because that's the sort of man he is, simply the best and the greatest bloke you could wish to have as a friend, put it this way if I was in the trenches back in World War One fighting the person Bowie is the only bloke you'd want by your side when going over the top, into a hail of gun fire.

5.) 01 May 2022 16:19:14
Thanks ginger kid 42 your good un, seat belt is on and ready to give Bournemouth a good hiding mate, cheats never prosper. let's hope.

6.) 01 May 2022 16:41:22
Well done GBHRED JOLLY the site is bigger than 1 person it's a family you will always be part of.

7.) 01 May 2022 16:52:01
Good to see you back Jolly, didn’t think it would be long mate. And just for the record, none of us are judging you my friend. We are all different and we all don’t agree with one another all the time on this site, but there are some good lads on here and we know that if we post something, then we will get a reply from one of us. What I’m saying is, it’s good to have someone around if we need a natter and it doesn’t necessarily have to be football related. Life takes its toll on all of us at some point Jolly. I’m glad that you have Bowie around as he is a wise man and a philosopher of life and although i don’t know him personally like yourself, i can relate to what he says and i think he dishes out sound advice. Go back to being Jolly Jolly.

8.) 01 May 2022 16:59:10
Every road has it's twists and turns jolly. Not many of us know the right one to choose at times. The sat nav of life were naturally born with young man. It's just learning to put it's settings right giving us the heads up of hazards ahead and the vision to overcome them. The settings come with age . don't get me wrong i ignore some with my foot on the pedal. doesn't make it right but the penalty i receive will make me think twice. Keep your head up. You will get there.

9.) 01 May 2022 17:00:25
Thank you comrade your spot on, together we're stronger just like Nottingham Forest Fc we are all brothers in arms as someone said on here.
Your a good man redbrad.

10.) 01 May 2022 17:15:58
Thank you perko. Much appreciated my friend.

11.) 01 May 2022 17:25:02
Touching words perko wow that takes the wind out my sails a bit, they are very kind words from someone I don't even know your good self Perko, your a good man thank you.
This site gives you a little hope that humanity is not dead, when good people like you make astonishing comments to me basically a total stranger and a nobody (just a punk) like me which I don't deserve. unfortunately I think I've damaged a good friendship I had with Bowie by saying the wrong word but it's nothing I don't deserve. I go on and will learn to keep my mouth shut in the future when it comes to talking to friends.

12.) 01 May 2022 18:31:38
I actually don't get it redbrad? Hope you don't mean me mate. I've actually done nothing and would never think I'm a one man show on here. bit of a dig i take it. i'm totally innocent. In fact £130 down.

13.) 01 May 2022 22:12:21
Well redbrad explain?

14.) 01 May 2022 23:01:49
Redbrad it's my fault not bowies at all, I said I wouldn't go to the match, bowies done nothing wrong it's my fault completely and that goes to everyone on the site, it is me to fault so please don't give Bowie any grief he don't deserve it and he's a good man that's done no wrong.
My apologies but I know it's not enough.

We have had enough of clubs taking our best assets these last few seasons , hope the club tells them what to do . they never offer their best assets in exchange ,Lolley is priceless to us , all our play up front comes through him he is irreplaceable . Sign him on an extended contract . AK has now starting to get us ticking foolish to dismantle the best up and coming side in the EFL. So I can't let this pass, returning to correct so misinformation . Gary did not say NAZIS, he only said language of the 1930,s.
If we are saying politics has no place in football well here are a few political points.
The City ground owned by council.
Newcastle bought by Saudi prince.
WHutd. donate to conservatives.
Cup final PM on pitch shaking hands.
Various MP, s involved with clubs.
PMQ, s weds, PM refers to Southampton
Royalty on pitch
Weds PM kick about in Downing st.
Winning teams invited to Downing St
Many sports political, Wimbledon, rugby etc.
Gary has personal reasons for saying what he did and if you think taking cheap shots at him only debased your self. I ask you in the near future to look what Germany said against what the conservatives are saying now . He never even mentioned the holocaust Jews at all, get a hold of yourselves and take your prejudice blinkers off. My, my some of you on here, get your mind away from Tory dictatorship. Sorry Ed, so so sorry, wait and see what the EFL, FA and PFA, have to say.

I absolutely agree Rutland, although I think Cooper may have a little bit more involvement in team selection as player position only. Nationalist thinks it's his club, his money and he will dictate team selection, why bother with the ten a penny people who know how to manage, there is always someone who will bite on a juice carrot.

I see Notts cricket are struggling, they won the toss and put Worcs., In . Well that proved to be one poor decision, we are being slaughtered by their bowling attack. Could Notts fail in there bid for promotion . Surely they read the weather reports and what conditions influence the wicket, absolutely the wrong decision.
