Stevie, that's spot on . I think the Championship is like the old First division before Sky tv owned it. At the start of every season you knew Leeds or Liverpool would be there or there abouts but genuinely any team could win it . Now its the same 5 teams who stand a chance of being Champion with the rest just playing boring football not to lose just survive . The sad thing is when they get relegated they get a big payoff so they can buy their way to a promotion spot .

Love to watch videos of the team when the likes of Crosby ect got the ball and attacked the opposition. The team moved the ball quickly and did not have to lump it up the pitch, the passing was crisp and the football entertaining . Nowadays it seems like 20 passes to get back to where the first pass started from . I long for the quick game to come back or am i just old fashioned because every now and then i want to leap to my feet when an attack actually ends up in the opposition box with a shot on target.

Veritas watching premier league stuff on tv it seems to me there are more backward passes than forward, bores me to tears to watch teams passing it around their back 4 for an eternity, we were lucky with the genius, his teams were built on fast counter attacking stuff, great team to watch,

Thing is Trentender it ain't worked at least three other times and cost us points . This was a great chance to go above Leeds . If we miss out on automatic promotion by a point or two these are the games that will have cost us.

we will probably beat West Brom and then he will drop half the team to play QPR and lose. I hear the reason is to keep the squad fresh but then when teams with new players lose its because they need time to gel as a team. I believe in BCs way of playing which was, if its the FA cup or a tin cup you play your strongest team.

At last some battlers in the middle who actually want the 50 / 50 balls . We contested the lost causes and generally controlled the game apart from one or two short spells . But the good thing is we have height and strength in the middle but can play the balls on the floor, we used the wings and put plenty of crosses into the box . I know this is one match but the spark is there ready to b fanned into a Forest fire . But you what was the best thing about yesterday was that the fans actually sounded loud and as if they were enjoying football at the city ground for once in a long time long may it continue .

Think Carvallho will be a better player this season having had a season to adjust to the Championship way of playing . always liked 3 at the back as it gives us 5 in midfield, problem with that formation is you have to have wide players who are willing to graft . One point to make, and i may be wrong, did not MON land on that formation prior to being sacked and it was called dinosaur football?

Would never blame any fan for having an opinion Stevie, anyone who pays to be entertained has the right to show their displeasure if they feel they are not getting value for money . It is not the fans who pick the team or the manager, we just pay their wages .
